Day 1: Arrival in San Francisco

Upon reaching your destination, settle into your hotel for an overnight stay in San Francisco.
Day 2: Exploring San Francisco
Embark on an engaging sightseeing excursion in San Francisco today. Your schedule features a visit to the famous Golden Gate Bridge, known for its impressive bridge towers. Additionally, you will discover Twin Peaks, Lombard Street, the iconic Cable Car, Pier 39, Nob Hill, Civic Center, Union Square, Fisherman’s Wharf, the Palace of Fine Arts, and other notable attractions. Wrap up the day with an overnight accommodation at your San Francisco hotel.
Day 3: San Francisco to Las Vegas
Start your day by catching an early morning flight to Las Vegas. Upon reaching your destination, you will be taken to your hotel. In the evening, prepare for an exciting city tour of Las Vegas, where you will have the chance to see the stunning Colorful Dancing Fountain water display at the Bellagio, the Pirate Ships at Treasure Island, the iconic Stratosphere Tower, Downtown Vegas, and the vibrant Fremont Street. This bustling area dazzles with over 12 million lights that illuminate in a complimentary show set to lively music. Your overnight stay will be at your hotel in Las Vegas.
Day 4: Las Vegas to Grand Canyon (Optional)
On this day, you have the choice to unwind and indulge in leisure activities or embark on the Grand Canyon Tour either by bus or air (optional). Make sure not to overlook the opportunity to visit the New Wonder of the West – SKYWALK. In the evening, you may want to consider the Las Vegas Night Flight (optional) – an exhilarating helicopter journey that offers breathtaking views of the dazzling nighttime lights of Las Vegas. Alternatively, you can opt to attend a spectacular show or explore the various complimentary shows, such as the Sirens of Treasure Island and more. Your accommodation for the night will be at your hotel in Las Vegas.
Day 5: Las Vegas to Los Angeles
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel as you prepare to travel to Los Angeles. Afterwards, enjoy an engaging city tour of Los Angeles, known as the Entertainment capital of the world. Discover famous landmarks including Hollywood, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive for luxury shopping, and Chinatown for unique finds. Your overnight stay will be at a hotel in Los Angeles.
Day 6: Los Angeles – Universal Studios
Experience a delightful breakfast to begin your day on a high note. Immerse yourself in a remarkable excursion at Universal Studios, known for its cutting-edge rides and attractions that aim to provide guests with a unique cinematic adventure. A trip to Universal Studios is like stepping into the heart of Hollywood, where you may even come across celebrities casually walking around the park. Your overnight stay will be at a hotel in Los Angeles once more.
Day 7: Departure from Los Angeles
Enjoy a delicious breakfast before taking some time to unwind and relax. Afterwards, get ready to head to the airport to catch your flight to your next thrilling destination.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
