    Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

    Upon your arrival at Noi Bai airport today, our designated representative will escort you to your hotel. Later in the evening, you will embark on a city tour that encompasses a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s inaugural university established in 1070. The serene gardens and immaculate structures offer a glimpse into Vietnam’s rich history. Following this, we will proceed to Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. To conclude the day, a leisurely bike ride through Hanoi’s Old Quarter awaits. Your accommodation for the night will be at the hotel in Hanoi.

    Day 2: Hanoi – Tam Coc – Hoa Lu – Hanoi

    Embark on your day with a delightful breakfast before setting off for Ninh Binh, located to the south of Hanoi. This region is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, highlighted by attractions such as Tam Coc Caves and the historic capital of Hoa Lu, home to ancient temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le.
    Your exploration of Ninh Binh commences with a tranquil boat excursion through Tam Coc. Marvel at the majestic limestone formations emerging from the lush rice paddies, reminiscent of the iconic scenery of Halong Bay. Following this, you will visit the former royal residence of the 10th century kings, now celebrated for its intricate wooden carvings at the Dinh and Le temples. A satisfying lunch will be provided as part of the itinerary. As the day winds down, you will return to Hanoi, where you will spend the night at your hotel.

    Day 3: Hanoi to Halong

    After enjoying your morning meal, your day will be filled with a visit to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1994. Upon arrival, you will embark on a boat to discover the stunning bay, known as the Descending Dragon bay, famous for its unique limestone formations and charming island grottoes.

    Indulge in a delectable seafood lunch on board as you explore the Surprising Grotto, take a refreshing swim or kayak, glide past floating villages, and admire the beauty of the small islands up close. Conclude your day with a dinner back on the boat. In the evening, engage in boat activities or simply unwind. Your overnight stay will be on the boat, with dinner included.

    Day 4: Halong – Bus to Hanoi – Flight to Saigon

    After enjoying a hearty breakfast, embark on a scenic boat excursion to Luon Cave, a serene oasis nestled within an island in Halong Bay, boasting crystal-clear emerald waters. En route back to Halong Wharf, journey through a cluster of captivating islands, each bearing unique monikers such as Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, Incense Burner Rock, and Sea Dog Rock.

    Upon return to Halong Wharf, proceed to Hanoi airport for a flight to Saigon, now recognized as Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, our designated representative will escort us to the city center for hotel check-in. The evening will be spent at our accommodation in the vibrant city of Saigon.

    Day 5: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon

    Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on an exciting journey to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, we will board a boat to cruise along the impressive Mekong River. Our first stop will be at one of the four islands in the region to take in the breathtaking views.

    Next, you will experience a unique adventure as you glide through narrow canals lined with water coconut trees in small boats rowed by local residents to explore the local factories. Following this, enjoy a tranquil horse-cart ride along the village roads.

    In the evening, we will return to Saigon, making a stop at the renowned Vinh Trang Pagoda known for its distinctive blend of Chinese, Cambodian, and French architectural influences. Your overnight accommodation will be at a hotel in Saigon.

    Day 6: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – City Tour – Saigon

    Today, your itinerary includes a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a historical site stretching over 200km that has become a popular destination for both local and international tourists. These tunnels played a significant role during the war and have since attained legendary status for their intricate design, featuring trap doors, living quarters, storage facilities, and even weapon production areas.

    Following your exploration of Cu Chi, you will return to Saigon. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to visit the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum, both of which offer powerful insights into the country’s history that may evoke strong emotions. Along the way, you will also pass by notable European-style landmarks such as the City Hall and the old Opera House (viewable only from the exterior). Additionally, you will make brief stops at the impressive Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office before retiring for the night at your hotel in Saigon.

    Day 7: Saigon to Siem Reap – Explore the City

    After enjoying breakfast in the morning, we will proceed to the airport to board a flight to Siem Reap. Upon our arrival, a local tour guide will greet us and escort us to our hotel. Later in the day, we will explore Wat Thmei, also known as the Killing Field, which houses a poignant glass-walled stupa containing the remains of individuals impacted by the Khmer Rouge regime.

    Following our visit, we will make our way to Les Artisans d’Angkor – Chantiers Ecole, a renowned establishment showcasing traditional Khmer arts and crafts. This evening, we will be accommodated at a hotel in Siem Reap.

    Day 8: Siem Reap Full Day Angkor Tour

    In the morning, our first stop will be the South Gate of Angkor Thom, also known as Big Angkor. This area features the impressive Terrace of the Elephants, a long wall adorned with intricately carved elephants standing at a towering height of approximately two and a half meters. Stretching for 300 meters, this wall is centrally located within Angkor Thom. Adjacent to it, visitors can explore the monumental Baphuon temple mountain, the Royal Palace Area, and the striking sandstone pyramid known as Phimeanakas. Towards the northern end, we will encounter the Terrace of the Leper King.

    Later in the day, we will venture to the renowned Angkor Wat temple, a magnificent ancient structure in Cambodia that is hailed as one of the marvels of the eastern world. Angkor Wat is designed as a representation of the universe according to Hindu mythology, featuring five towering spires and numerous galleries arranged in a precise geometric pattern. Our day will conclude with an overnight stay at a hotel in Siem Reap.

    Day 9: Siem Reap Full Day Angkor Tour

    Today’s itinerary includes exploring another captivating section of Angkor. Our first stop is the enchanting Ta Prohm temple, where a mesmerizing blend of human craftsmanship and natural beauty awaits. Towering trees have stood tall for centuries, creating a truly unique ambiance. Despite its ancient origins, the walls are adorned with exquisite decorations that are sure to captivate.

    Following Ta Prohm, we will visit Srah Srang, a regal pool where the King and his companions would bathe daily. This pyramid-like structure with five tiers is dedicated to the deity Shiva. Thommanon, a well-preserved small temple built concurrently with Angkor Wat, is our next destination.

    In the evening, we will explore Preah Khan, also known as The Sacred Sword, commissioned by Jayawarman VII. This architectural marvel is renowned for its extensive corridors and intricate carvings. Ta Som, a petite monastery designed in the iconic Bayon style, offers a flat layout for easy exploration.

    Our final stop for the day is Pre Rup, constructed in the 10th century under the reign of Rajendravarman, providing a stunning setting to witness the sunset. We will then retire for the evening at a comfortable hotel in Siem Reap.

    Day 10: Departing Siem Reap

    Enjoy your breakfast and prepare for departure. This morning, you will be taken to the airport for your return flight home or onward journey.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
