Day 1 – Arrival in Hanoi & Half-Day City Exploration

Welcome to Hanoi, the beautiful capital city of Vietnam!

Our agent will greet you upon your arrival and take you to your hotel so you can check in. Later in the afternoon, begin your first introduction to Hanoi’s fascinating history and culture.

Your city tour starts with a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university established in the 11th century. This historic landmark showcases traditional Vietnamese architecture and reflects the country’s deep respect for education and knowledge.

Continue your journey to the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, a significant historical site that highlights Vietnam’s colonial and wartime history. Originally built by the French colonial administration, the museum later became known as the “Hanoi Hilton” during the Vietnam War.

After completing the sightseeing tour, return to your hotel or choose to explore the famous Train Street area at your own pace.

Day 2 – Hanoi to Sapa | Cat Cat Village Trekking Experience

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your journey towards Sapa, one of Northern Vietnam’s most scenic mountain destinations.

Travel by comfortable sleeping bus from Hanoi through the beautiful landscapes of Lao Cai Province. During the journey, enjoy views of lush mountains, winding roads, and spectacular terraced rice fields.

Upon arrival in Sapa, experience the unique charm of this mountain town, known for its colorful ethnic communities including the H’Mong, Dao, and Tay people.

After lunch featuring local Vietnamese cuisine, begin your trekking adventure to Cat Cat Village, a traditional village of the Black H’Mong ethnic group located near the foothills of Fansipan Mountain.

Walk through peaceful village paths and discover the daily lifestyle, traditions, and culture of the local people. Continue trekking down the valley to visit the beautiful waterfall area and the old French-built hydroelectric station.

Enjoy amazing mountain scenery, capture memorable photographs, and experience the authentic beauty of rural Sapa before returning to town.

In the evening, enjoy a local dinner and relax at your hotel.

Day 3 – Fansipan Peak Adventure & Return to Hanoi

After breakfast, get ready for an exciting journey to Fansipan Mountain, known as the “Roof of Indochina” and the highest peak in Vietnam.

Transfer to the cable car station and enjoy a spectacular ride offering breathtaking views of mountains, valleys, and forests.

Reach an altitude of approximately 2,800 meters and explore the spiritual sites, pagodas, and viewpoints along the way. Continue climbing around 600 steps to reach the summit of Fansipan, where you can capture stunning panoramic views from the top.

Spend time enjoying the incredible scenery before returning by cable car to Sapa town.

After lunch and some leisure time, check out from your hotel and prepare for your return journey to Hanoi by bus.

Enjoy the scenic drive back with comfort stops along the route. Upon arrival in Hanoi, a private transfer will take you back to your hotel.

Day 4 – Hanoi to Halong Bay | Overnight Cruise Experience

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and depart for the world-famous Halong Bay.

Travel comfortably by shuttle bus through scenic countryside landscapes before arriving at the harbor.

Board your overnight cruise and begin an unforgettable journey through the emerald waters and dramatic limestone formations of Halong Bay.

Enjoy a delicious onboard lunch while cruising past magnificent islands and natural rock formations.

During the afternoon, take part in exciting cruise activities depending on the itinerary, including:

• Kayaking through peaceful waters

Day 5 – Halong Bay Cruise & Return to Hanoi

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over Halong Bay and enjoy a peaceful morning onboard.

Start your day with an optional Tai Chi session on the sundeck before breakfast. Continue cruising through the bay while visiting another scenic attraction included in your cruise program.

Around mid-morning, check out from your cabin and enjoy a relaxing brunch onboard before the cruise returns to the harbor.

After disembarkation, transfer back to Hanoi by shuttle bus.

Upon arrival in Hanoi, check in at your hotel and enjoy the remaining day at leisure. You can explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, shop for souvenirs, or relax at a local café.

Day 6 – Departure from Hanoi

Before you check out, have your last breakfast at the hotel.

At the scheduled time, a private transfer will take you to Hanoi International Airport for your departure flight.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
