Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Rishikesh and Transfer to Joshimath Your journey begins with your arrival in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world. After a warm welcome, you will drive towards Joshimath, a quaint town nestled in the Garhwal Himalayas. En route, enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and the Alaknanda River. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax, preparing for the trek ahead.
Day 2
Trek to Ghangaria – The Base Camp Start your day early with a scenic drive to Govindghat, where your trek to Ghangaria begins. The trek of around 14 km takes you through lush forests, alongside cascading waterfalls, and across charming villages. Ghangaria is a peaceful hamlet serving as the base camp for exploring the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib. After reaching, settle into your guesthouse and soak in the tranquil mountain ambiance.
Day 3
Explore the Valley of Flowers After an early breakfast, embark on a guided trek into the Valley of Flowers. Spanning over 87 square kilometers, the valley blooms with a spectacular variety of flowers including Brahma Kamal, Blue Poppy, and Cobra Lily. Walk along pristine trails, breathe the fresh mountain air, and capture stunning photographs of this natural paradise. Return to Ghangaria for overnight stay.
Day 4
Visit Hemkund Sahib and Return to Ghangaria Today, trek up to Hemkund Sahib, a revered Sikh pilgrimage site located at an altitude of 4,329 meters. The journey offers majestic views of snow-capped peaks and glacial lakes. Spend time at the Gurudwara, then descend back to Ghangaria to rest after the day’s exertion.
Day 5
Trek Back to Govindghat and Drive to Joshimath Begin your descent from Ghangaria to Govindghat, retracing your steps through serene forests and riversides. Upon reaching Govindghat, you will be transferred back to Joshimath. Spend your evening exploring the local markets or simply unwind at your accommodation.
Day 6
Departure from Joshimath After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your journey back to Rishikesh or Dehradun for onward travel, carrying unforgettable memories of the Valley of Flowers and the Himalayan wilderness.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
