Day 1: Arrival in Tashkent

Upon your arrival at Tashkent Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour representatives who will accompany you to your hotel. Indulge in a delectable lunch at an Indian restaurant before embarking on a tour of Tashkent led by our experienced guides.
The Tashkent City Glimpse tour will include visits to notable landmarks such as the impressive Independence Square, Amir Temur Square, Broadway, Lal Bakhadur Shastri Monument, Victoria Monument, and a second stop at Broadway. In the evening, delight in a special Cocktail Gala dinner featuring a mesmerizing Belly dance performance. Your overnight stay will be in Tashkent.

Day 2: Tashkent to Charvak Mountains

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a journey to the picturesque Charvak Lake in the Chimgan Mountains. Enjoy the stunning snowy landscapes during a Cable Car ride. Upon reaching your destination, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Charvak Mountains. Indulge in a buffet lunch at Charvak Lake before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay. Each individual will be provided with a bottle of mineral water in both the bus and hotel room.

Day 3: Tashkent to Samarkand

Begin your day by having breakfast before embarking on a high-speed train journey to Samarkand. Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the historical wonders of Medreseh Shir-Dor, constructed in the 17th century, Medreseh Ulughbek from the 15th century, and Medreseh Tilla-Kori from the 17th century. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a buffet-style restaurant before continuing your exploration with visits to Bibi-Khonum Mosque, the Shakhi Zinda complex, and a shopping excursion at the Sieb National Market. As the day winds down, return to Tashkent for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Tashkent

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel’s coffee shop. Following that, embark on a sightseeing tour to admire Tashkent from a bird’s eye view and indulge in some shopping. Make sure to visit the Tashkent TV Tower accompanied by our knowledgeable guide. Enjoy a satisfying lunch before exploring Zoom Mall and Charsu Market for some shopping. Return to the hotel in the evening for a relaxing dinner and a restful night’s sleep.

Day 5: Tashkent – Departure

Revel in your morning meal, and afterward, it will be time to return to the airport for your journey back home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
