Day 1 : Arrive In Gangtok

Upon your arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our tour manager who will assist you in transferring to Gangtok. During the journey to Sikkim’s capital, you will be able to admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the Kanchenjunga Mountain range.
Upon reaching Gangtok, you will check in to your hotel and spend the night there.

Day 2 : Gangtok Day Tour

Today, embark on an exploration of Gangtok, a stunning city renowned for its natural allure and breathtaking vistas of the Kanchenjunga Mountains. Your itinerary includes visits to Baba Mandir, Tsomgo Lake, Hanuman Tok, Sikkim Himalayan Zoological Park, and Ganesh Tok.

Enjoy an overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 3 : Gangtok – Darjeeling

Today, your Darjeeling itinerary includes a visit to the Ban Jhakri Falls, Droul Chorthen, the Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, the Flower Exhibition Centre, and the Research Institute of Tibetology.

In the evening, depart from your current hotel and travel to Darjeeling for the next part of your journey. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the night in Darjeeling.

Day 4 : Darjeeling Day Tour

Today, take the opportunity to discover Darjeeling, an exquisite hill station located in West Bengal renowned for its lush tea gardens. Your itinerary will include visits to the Ghoom Monastery, the Japanese Temple, the Batasia Loop, and the esteemed Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Be sure to experience the thrilling ropeway ride in Darjeeling.

Enjoy a peaceful night in Darjeeling, soaking in the serene beauty of this charming destination.

Day 5 : Darjeeling Day 2

Following breakfast, make your way to Mirik, a town renowned for its picturesque Mirik Lake, characterized by its delightful weather, stunning scenery, and surrounding forests. You can then return to Darjeeling in the evening.

Day 6 : Depart Darjeeling

Following breakfast, proceed to Bagdogra Airport to board your return flight today.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
