Take in the sights and sounds of the city as you settle in for your first evening in New York.

Day 2: New York City Exploration

Following a delightful breakfast, you will begin an extensive city tour of New York. The schedule includes a trip to the renowned Statue of Liberty, where you will enjoy a ferry ride to Liberty Island, providing a stunning vantage point of the New York City skyline. Next, you will proceed to the One World Observatory (World Trade Center) for an unmatched panoramic view of the city.
Continuing your exploration later in the day, you will visit Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero, and the peaceful haven of Central Park. Day 3: New York – Washington

Today, you will embark on a journey to Washington DC, the esteemed capital of the United States. Not only is it the headquarters of the federal government, but it also serves as a gateway to historic neighborhoods and monuments. Tourism is a key driver of the city’s economy, drawing in nearly twenty million visitors annually. Upon arrival at your hotel, you will have the chance to explore the nation’s capital.

You will have the opportunity to visit renowned landmarks such as the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, Capitol Building, Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Union Station, World War II Memorial Building, Pentagon, and Washington Monument. This day promises a wealth of historical and architectural marvels. In the evening, you will retire to your hotel in Washington for a well-deserved rest.

Day 4: Washington – Buffalo – Niagara

Today, you will journey to Buffalo, either by air or by land, to witness the renowned Niagara Falls, recognized as a natural marvel. You will stay overnight at a Niagara hotel, where you can look forward to awe-inspiring vistas and a remarkable experience.

Day 5: Niagara – USA Side Niagara Falls

Begin your day by enjoying a delightful breakfast before setting off on the iconic Maid of the Mist boat tour. This thrilling adventure provides a close-up view of the roaring falls, allowing you to circle both the American and Horseshoe Falls (seasonal). Following your invigorating yet damp boat excursion, head back to your hotel for some well-deserved relaxation. Day 6: Niagara – Las Vegas

Depart in the morning for your flight to Las Vegas and upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. In the evening, prepare for an exciting city tour of Las Vegas. Highlights of this tour include a visit to the stunning Dancing Fountain at the Bellagio, the Pirate Ships at Treasure Island, the iconic Stratosphere Tower, Downtown Vegas, and the famous Fremont Street. Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
