Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Samburu

Upon reaching the airport, our representatives will warmly welcome you and assist with customs and immigration formalities. You will then meet your designated tour guide and commence your travel to Samburu National Park. Upon arrival, you can complete check-in at the hotel and indulge in a delightful lunch. In the afternoon, a captivating game drive in the park will be arranged for you until sunset. Following this exciting excursion, you can unwind and relish a delectable dinner at the lodge.

Day 2: Samburu Safari

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast served at the hotel. Engage in an exhilarating adventure within the reserve, dedicating the day to captivating game drives to observe the astonishing wildlife. Indulge in a lavish dinner back at the hotel in the evening, followed by a tranquil night’s rest.

Day 3: Samburu to Aberdares

Following a delightful morning breakfast, our itinerary will take us to Aberdares for an exploration of its captivating sights. Upon our arrival in the city, we will check into the Aberdares Country Club and indulge in a delectable lunch. Afterward, you will have the opportunity to return to the lodge for a brief respite. Later in the day, immerse yourself in the thrill of observing wildlife and engaging in activities near the floodlit waterhole. To cap off our day, we will journey to the distinctive tree lodge known as The Ark, situated in the heart of Aberdare National Park. This unique lodge boasts a diverse array of wildlife, including elephants, rhinos, bushbucks, and leopards. Be sure to capture some unforgettable moments from the ground-level bunker at the tree lodge.

Day 4: Aberdares to Lake Nakuru

Commence your day with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel before embarking on our adventure to the stunning Great Rift Valley and the captivating Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon reaching the lodge, savor a delectable lunch. The rest of the day is yours to spend with your companions. In the evening, delight in a delicious dinner at the lodge followed by a peaceful night’s sleep.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel before meeting your tour representative to set off for the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival at the camp, settle into the lodge and savor a leisurely lunch.

In the afternoon, partake in an exhilarating game drive through this globally acclaimed reserve. Head back to the lodge for a delectable dinner and spend the night in comfort.

Day 6: Masai Mara

Start your day with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel. Take advantage of the full day ahead to discover the reserve and partake in thrilling game drives. In the evening, head back to the lodge for a delightful dinner.

Day 7: Exploring the Wonders of Masai Mara

Today, you will have the privilege of exploring the stunning beauty of Masai Mara alongside a knowledgeable tour guide. Masai Mara is a captivating destination known for its abundant wildlife. The rolling hills of Masai Mara benefit from a consistent water supply year-round, creating an ideal environment for a diverse range of animal species.

During your visit, you will have the chance to observe a variety of predators, such as jackals, leopards, hyenas, lions, and zebras. These animals are typically well-fed during the daylight hours, allowing you to witness their natural behaviors and interactions.

After a thrilling day of wildlife sightings, you can retreat to your hotel for a delectable dinner and a peaceful night’s sleep.

Day 8: Leaving Masai Mara

Begin your day with a delectable breakfast at the hotel before checking out. We will then organize your transfer to Nairobi, where you can savor a delightful lunch at a restaurant in the city. Our tour representative will be on hand to assist you in reaching the airport for your departure later on.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
