Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Athens
Welcome to Athens! When you arrive at the Athens International Airport, our tour manager will be there to welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, the manager will provide you with a briefing on the tour itinerary. Take the remainder of the day to explore the surrounding area of your hotel.
Enjoy your overnight stay at a luxurious hotel in Athens.
Day 2: Athens City Tour
Following a satisfying breakfast buffet, embark on a half-day city tour of Athens, a city with a rich history that has significantly influenced modern Western Civilization. Renowned as a haven for food enthusiasts, Athens boasts a plethora of street food vendors offering a mix of contemporary and traditional Greek cuisine.
During the tour, you will explore key landmarks such as Parliament Square, Maximos Mansion, the National Gallery, the iconic Acropolis, the Temple of Poseidon, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the tranquil National Garden, and the revered Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Additionally, you will visit the historic Panathenaic Stadium, the venue of the inaugural modern Olympics in 1896.
As you travel along Panepistimiou Avenue, you can unwind on the coach and admire the National Library and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens. The itinerary also includes stops at the Temple of Zeus and the acclaimed Acropolis Museum.
After a fulfilling day of sightseeing, return to your hotel room to indulge in a delectable dinner.
Day 3: Athens Cruise Tour
Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet before embarking on a journey to explore three stunning Greek Islands nestled in the Saronic Gulf: Paros, Hydra, and Aegina. Paros, known for its charming villages resembling the Cyclades, offers a more serene atmosphere compared to the bustling Mykonos and Santorini. Hydra is celebrated for its opulent luxury villas and ancient landmarks. While visiting Aegina, be sure to partake in a guided tour of the iconic Temple of Aphaia.
Day 4: Athens Delphi Tour
After enjoying a breakfast buffet at the hotel, embark on a comprehensive day tour of Delphi, a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its historical landmarks including the ancient stadium, Temple of Apollo, ancient Theatre of Delphi, and the Delphi Archaeological Museum.
During the journey to Delphi, take a break at Livadia and Arachova, charming towns recognized for their vibrant carpets, rugs, and intricately woven textiles.
Conclude the day by returning to Athens and settling in for the night at your hotel room.
Day 5: Athens to Kalabaka
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, make your way to Athens railway station to board your train to Kalabaka. This charming town is nestled at the base of Meteora and renowned for its stunning natural features such as the Aspropotamos River, Koziaka Mountains, and the iconic monasteries perched atop the Meteora rocks.
The scenic journey lasts approximately 5 hours, offering picturesque views of the Greek countryside. Upon reaching Kalabaka, check in at the hotel and complete the necessary formalities. Take the remainder of the day to leisurely explore the area surrounding the hotel.
Spend the night at a hotel in Kalabaka, soaking in the beauty of this unique destination.
Day 6: Kalambaka to Athens
Following breakfast, embark on a half-day excursion to explore Meteora and the Theopetra Caves. Meteora, a renowned site located just 5.5 km from central Kalabaka, is distinguished by its sandstone peaks and historic monasteries dating back to the 11th century. Delve into the natural splendor and cultural significance of this picturesque destination as you follow the audio guide, who will regale you with intriguing tales of the resilient hermits and monks who once inhabited the area.
Subsequently, journey south of Meteora to visit the prehistoric Theopetra Cave, nestled at the base of the Chasia Mountains. This cave bears evidence of human habitation during the Middle Palaeolithic era, approximately 130,000 years ago.
Upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon, prepare for your onward train journey to Athens. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodations in the heart of Greece’s capital city for an evening in Athens.
Day 7: Depart Athens
Following breakfast, say goodbye to the countryside as you board your flight back to India or proceed with your Greece vacation package.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.

- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
