Day 1: Arrive in Port Blair

Upon arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour representatives who will assist you in reaching your hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, prepare to discover Port Blair, the vibrant capital city of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Begin your exploration at Corbyn’s Cove Beach, a picturesque stretch of coastline adorned with swaying palm trees. Here, you can engage in thrilling activities such as jet skiing, snorkelling, and parasailing. Later in the day, immerse yourself in the history of the region by visiting Cellular Jail, where a captivating light and sound show awaits. Retire to your hotel for a restful night after a day of adventure.

Day 2: Ross Island – North Bay – Viper Island

On this particular day, your itinerary will begin with a visit to Coral Island, also known as North Bay. Here, a variety of exciting activities await you, such as underwater sea walking, snorkeling, speed boat rides, scuba diving, and jet skiing.

Following your time at Coral Island, the next destination on the agenda is Ross Island, renowned for its breathtaking beauty within the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Conclude the day with a trip to Viper Island, offering both water sports opportunities and a chance to explore historical landmarks. Rest for the night at your accommodation in Port Blair.

Day 3: Port Blair – Havelock Island

Start your day by boarding a ferry to Havelock Island, known for its stunning coral reefs, pristine beaches, and verdant forests. In the evening, make your way to Radhanagar Beach, also known as Number 7 Beach, to witness a breathtaking sunset. Return to your hotel for a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 4: Havelock Island

Following breakfast, you can choose to relax for the day or engage in exciting outdoor recreational pursuits.

Day 5: Havelock Island – Kalapathar Beach

Experience the beauty of Kalapathar Beach by participating in activities such as mirror boating, diving, snorkelling, and scuba diving.

Day 6: Havelock Island – Port Blair

Explore the highly cherished Elephant Beach, a must-visit destination on Havelock Island known for its diverse marine life and pristine coral reefs. This picturesque spot provides opportunities for water activities and stunning views of crystal-clear waters that are truly rejuvenating.

Day 7: Depart Port Blair

Start your day by having breakfast and then head to the airport to catch your flight back home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
