Day 1 : Arrival in Istanbul

Upon arrival at Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul, proceed to your hotel for check-in. Take some time to unwind and rejuvenate before embarking on a discovery of the nearby markets and attractions. Enjoy a night of luxury accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2 : Istanbul City Tour

Indulge in a delightful breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a tour of Old Istanbul City. Highlights of the day include iconic landmarks such as The Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmed Mosque), Hagia Sophia, and the Topkapi Palace.
Explore the bustling Grand Bazaar, a historic covered market offering a glimpse into local life away from the usual tourist spots. Marvel at its architecture and discover hidden gems tucked away in its alleys.

After a leisurely lunch, continue your exploration with visits to the Basilica Cistern, the Hippodrome of Constantinople, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, the Column of Constantinople, and the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar).

As the day winds down, return to the comfort of your hotel, reflecting on the day’s adventures in the vibrant city of Istanbul.

Day 3 : Bosphorus Cruise & Shopping Tour

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a captivating Bosphorus Cruise. This experience allows you to navigate the picturesque waterway that divides Europe and Asia, offering breathtaking views of Istanbul’s iconic landmarks such as Dolmabahce Palace, Rumeli Fortress, Ciragan Palace, Yildiz Palace, and Maiden’s Tower.

Indulge in a delightful lunch at a nearby restaurant while on the cruise.

Later, revel in the panoramic vistas of Istanbul from the vantage point of Camlica Hill.

Upon concluding the cruise, return to your hotel to unwind for the evening or explore the local markets for a leisurely shopping excursion.

Day 4 : Princes’ Island Tour

After enjoying breakfast, embark on a ferry ride from Istanbul to the Princes’ Islands, consisting of nine picturesque islands in the Sea of Marmara.

Be sure to take in the breathtaking views of Topkapi Palace, Leander’s Tower, and Uskudar as you sail across the sea.

Upon reaching Büyükada, the largest and most renowned among the Princes’ Islands, revel in its pristine beaches, luxurious summer resorts, quaint horse-drawn carriages, and lush pine forests.

Opt for a leisurely walk or bike rental to meander through the island’s charming streets and historic mansions, or partake in a variety of water sports activities offered on the island.

Delight in a delightful lunch at a local eatery (cost not included) before catching the ferry back to Istanbul in the late afternoon.

Return to your accommodation and unwind at your own pace for the rest of the evening.

Day 5 : Departure

Revel in your final breakfast in Istanbul before checking out of your hotel. If you have some spare time, take the opportunity to do some last-minute shopping or explore any sights you haven’t seen yet. Then, transfer to Istanbul International Airport for your departure flight.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
