    Day 1: Arrive In Bucharest

    Upon your arrival at Bucharest International Airport, our tour manager will assist you in transferring to the hotel and completing the check-in process. Take the opportunity to explore the vicinity of the hotel for the remainder of the day.

    Day 2: Bucharest – Sibiu

    After enjoying a satisfying breakfast, embark on a brief tour of Bucharest today. Your itinerary includes visits to notable landmarks such as the Palace of Parliament, Stavropoleos Monastery, the National Bank of Romania, the Romanian Athenaeum, Herastrau Park, the Village Museum, and the Arch de Triumph.

    Subsequently, journey to Sibiu, where you will delve into the rich history of various villages and castles. Your first destination is Poenari, renowned as the original stronghold of Vlad the Impaler, the ruler of Wallachia and the alleged inspiration for Bram Stoker’s iconic character, Count Dracula.

    As you make your way to Sibiu, a picturesque medieval city recognized as the European Cultural Capital in 2007, soak in the breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks of the Fagaras Mountains and the Cindrel Mountains. Explore key attractions such as the Big, Small, and Huet Squares, the iconic Liar’s Bridge, the historic Clock Tower, and the impressive Evangelical Church, a prominent Gothic-style structure in Transylvania.

    Conclude the day with a luxurious stay at a hotel in Sibiu.

    Day 3: Sibiu – Borgo Pass

    Explore the iconic locations featured in Bram Stoker’s renowned novel, Dracula, today. The narrative unfolds in three distinct regions: Transylvania, Moldavia, and Bucovina. Indulge in a delightful lunch at Bran Castle Restaurant, a historical site closely linked to the novel. Following a taste of the region’s authentic cuisine, venture to Borgo Pass for an overnight stay at the legendary Castle Dracula.

    Day 4: Borgo Pass – Sighisoara

    After enjoying breakfast, depart from the hotel and make your way to Sighisoara, the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler. The Clock Tower in Sighisoara is a significant citadel with a rich historical background, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During your visit, explore iconic attractions such as The Covered Stairway, Biserica din Deal, and the stunning Catholic Church.

    Day 6: Brasov – Bucharest

    Today, you will depart from your hotel and head towards Bucharest, the capital city of Romania. Along the way, make a stop at Snagov Island to explore the Snagov Monastery, which is said to be the final resting place of Vlad the Impaler.

    Tonight, you will stay at a luxurious hotel in Bucharest.

    Day 7: Depart Bucharest

    Depart from the hotel and make your way to Bucharest International Airport for your return flight home or to continue your Europe tour package itinerary.

    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
