Day 1: Arrival in Sao Paulo
Upon arriving at Sao Paulo Airport, you will receive a warm welcome and be escorted to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to unwind and relax, as you enjoy an overnight stay in Sao Paulo.
Day 2: Sao Paulo – Rio De Janeiro City Tour
Start your day with a delightful morning meal before embarking on a city tour of Sao Paulo. Your adventure begins at Centro Cultural, where you will delve into the rich history of Sao Paulo’s Old Downtown. Get to know iconic landmarks like the Cathedral Se, Patio do Colegio, Monastery of Sao Bento, the Banespa Building, Martinelli Building (the first skyscraper in South America), Viaduto do Cha, the Municipal Theater, Concert hall Sala Sao Paulo, the Estaçao da Luz train station, and the Municipal Market as you wander through the city. After the tour, we will provide transportation to the airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon landing at Rio de Janeiro Airport, you will receive a warm welcome and be taken to your hotel. Take the opportunity to explore the city at your own pace. Your overnight stay will be at a hotel in Rio de Janeiro.
Day 3: Rio De Janeiro
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, embark on an excursion to Sugar Loaf. The tour kicks off with a panoramic view of the city’s downtown area, passing by notable landmarks such as the Maracana Stadium, the Sambodrome, and the Metropolitan Cathedral – a striking pyramid-shaped structure measuring 96 meters in diameter and 80 meters in height. Explore the historic Cinelandia square, adorned with significant buildings like the Municipal Theater, the National Library, and the National Museum of Fine Arts. Day 4: Rio De Janeiro

Day 5: Rio De Janeiro – Iguassu
Your day will begin with a morning transfer to Rio De Janeiro Airport. Upon arrival in Iguassu, you will be taken to your hotel in the area. Later, you will set off on an excursion to the Brazilian Falls, a stunning natural wonder. The Brazilian Park provides modern amenities to enhance your experience. Upon arrival at the Visitors center, you will board panoramic buses to start your exploration of the park. After a short bus ride, you will descend to begin your journey along the park’s winding pathways. From the first balcony, you will be met with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Argentinean falls. A scenic 950-meter path will guide you to the falls on the Brazilian side, where you can take in awe-inspiring vistas. Walking along the pathway next to the Floriano fall, you will enjoy refreshing encounters and stunning views of the lower Iguazu river and the picturesque Devil’s Gorge Canyon. The excitement continues as you take the elevator or stairs to the shopping and restaurant area upstairs. You will spend the night at your comfortable hotel in Iguazu.
Day 6: Iguassu
Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a captivating exploration of the Argentinean side of the Falls. Thanks to new facilities introduced for the Upper, Lower, and Devil’s Throat Circuits, this tour has been expanded for an enhanced experience.
Upon arrival, your first stop will be the New Visitors Center, where you can immerse yourself in the Nature’s Interpretation Center. You have the option to board a train to the Cataratas Station in just 8 minutes or take a leisurely stroll along the Green Trail to access the starting point of the Upper and Lower trails.
The Upper Circuit spans 800 meters of elevated walkways, providing a bird’s-eye view of the falls while respecting the natural pathways of local wildlife. Marvel at the grandeur of the falls and soak in the panoramic beauty from this elevated perspective.

Upon your arrival at Buenos Aires Airport, you will be smoothly transferred to your hotel. Buenos Aires is a vibrant port city that stretches along the Rio de la Plata, serving as Argentina’s historical gateway. The residents of Buenos Aires, known as Porteños, take great pride in their diverse and culturally rich heritage. They deeply value their European roots, which are evident in their lifestyle and architectural influences that set them apart from other South American cities. In the evening, we recommend immersing yourself in the captivating experience of a Tango Show and Dinner at the stunning Tango Porteño. Enjoy a relaxing night at your hotel in Buenos Aires.
Day 8: Buenos Aires
Embark on a journey through Buenos Aires with our City Tour, a captivating exploration of the city often referred to as the Queen of the Silver, Buenos Aires. Begin your day by delving into the heart of the city, where you will encounter its most captivating landmarks, such as the majestic Av. 9 de Julio, the prestigious Colón Theatre, and the iconic Obelisk that symbolizes Buenos Aires. Day 9: Buenos Aires to Ushuaia

Ushuaia proudly holds the title of being the world’s southernmost city and is nestled along the shores of the Beagle Channel. The city’s name, originating from the yamana language, translates to bay overlooking the West. Day 10: Ushuaia
Join us in the morning for an engaging Half Day Tour of Tierra del Fuego National Park, which includes a fascinating journey on the historic Train of the End of the World. This train ride provides a captivating glimpse into the heritage of Ushuaia, set against the backdrop of the Earth’s southernmost point – a truly breathtaking landscape. Situated just 12 kilometers from Ushuaia, this park stands out as the only national park in the country with an ocean coastline. - If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
