Arrival and Exploration of Tirthan Valley Arrive in Tirthan Valley, a pristine destination known for its crystal-clear river and tranquil environment. Spend your day exploring the scenic landscape, walking along the riverbanks, and soaking in the peaceful vibe. You can also visit the Great Himalayan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which offers excellent opportunities for wildlife spotting and nature walks.

Day 2

Trekking to Shangarh Begin your day with a guided trek to Shangarh, a charming village known for its panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and untouched natural beauty. The trek offers moderate difficulty and takes you through dense forests, terraced fields, and traditional Himachali settlements. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, interact with locals, and relish a packed lunch amid nature’s embrace before returning to Tirthan for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Leisure and Optional Activities in Tirthan Spend the day at your leisure in Tirthan Valley. You can opt for activities like trout fishing in the river, exploring nearby villages, or simply relaxing by the riverside. The soothing sounds of the flowing river and fresh mountain air provide the perfect setting to unwind and rejuvenate.

Day 4

Departure After breakfast, bid farewell to Tirthan Valley and begin your journey back home or to your next destination, carrying with you memories of untouched natural beauty and Himalayan serenity.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
