Day 1: Arrival In Chiang Mai

Upon your arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our tour representative who will assist you in transferring to your hotel. During this time, we will provide you with a briefing on the tour itinerary and explain the proper etiquette to observe at religious sites.
Chiang Mai is renowned for its exquisite handicrafts such as silverware, lacquerware, woodwork, and umbrellas. However, what truly sets this city apart are its ancient and distinctive temples. While in Chiang Mai, be sure not to miss out on exploring these stunning temples, pagodas, charming boutique hotels, and vibrant local night markets.

For adventure enthusiasts, Chiang Mai offers a plethora of thrilling activities including ziplining, river rafting, camping, trekking, and ATV riding.

Take some time to leisurely explore the city and spend the night at a comfortable Chiang Mai hotel.

Day 2: Chiang Mai Temple Tour

Begin your day with a fulfilling breakfast at the buffet before embarking on your journey to Wat Chedi Luang, a renowned 14th-century temple known for its impressive Buddhist chedi constructed in the distinctive Lanna architectural style.

As part of the Chiang Mai Temple Tour, you will also visit:

– Wat Phra Singh: A historic temple dating back to the 14th century, showcasing a blend of Lanna architecture with influences from neighboring Burmese and Sri Lankan styles. The temple is celebrated for its exquisite artistry, with intricate sculptures, doors, windows, and panels.

– Wat Suan Dok (or Wat Buppharam): Another ancient temple from the 14th century, featuring traditional Lanna architecture and housing a revered 500-year-old bronze Buddha statue. If timing permits, be sure to experience the annual temple fair held every June.

Concluding the Chiang Mai Temple Tour, your day will wrap up with a visit to the bustling Chiang Mai market, renowned for its array of Thai handicrafts, including clothing, souvenirs, and jewelry.

Day 3: Chiang Mai To Bangkok

Today, you will embark on your journey to Bangkok, starting with a delightful breakfast buffet offering a variety of Indian, Thai, and Continental dishes, as well as a selection of exotic tropical fruits.

Upon arrival in Bangkok, our tour representatives will assist you with hotel check-in. Later in the day, you will enjoy a half-day city tour, visiting popular attractions such as the Wat Pho Temple, Wat Traimit Temple, and Wat Benchamabopit.

The day will conclude with a shopping excursion for jade and souvenirs at Bangkok’s renowned gem and jewellery stores.

You will spend the night at a luxurious hotel in Bangkok.

Day 4: Safari World – Bangkok

Today, embark on a journey to Safari World, a sprawling 200-acre open-air zoo known as Asia’s largest of its kind. Here, you will encounter a diverse array of animals and birds such as tigers, lions, and zebras. Be sure to visit the renowned marine park within the zoo, celebrated for its captivating live performances, expansive aquarium, and thrilling adventure zone.

Immerse yourself in a range of activities at Safari World, including under-the-sea adventures, scenic jungle cruise tours along the river, leisurely jungle strolls, as well as entertaining orangutan, sea lion, and dolphin shows.

After a day filled with exploration and excitement, unwind and relax at your hotel for the night.

Day 5: Bangkok Departure

Concluding your tour, we will accompany you to Indra Market for a shopping experience. Finally, wrap up the day with a return flight to India from Bangkok International Airport.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
