Day 01: Arrive in Srinagar

Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our tour manager who will escort you to your hotel. After checking in, take some time to unwind and relax. Following this, you will embark on a visit to the renowned Mughal Gardens including Nishant Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal, and Chashme Shahi.
At the end of the day, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 02: Srinagar, Sonmarg, Srinagar

Start your day by visiting Sonmarg, known as the Meadow of Gold, renowned for its picturesque snow-capped mountains and the winding Sindh River. Discover attractions such as the Thajiwas Glacier, Zoji La, Vishansar Lake, Gangabal, Gadsar Lake, and the Amarnath Cave Temple.

Finish your day by returning to Srinagar and spending the night on a houseboat.

Day 03: Srinagar – Pahalgam

After enjoying breakfast, you will depart from the hotel and make your way towards Pahalgam. Along the journey, you will have the opportunity to visit the picturesque Mattan Lake and the historic Awantipora Ruins. The Mattan Temple, constructed in the 8th century, stands as one of Kashmir’s oldest shrines, while Awantipora is renowned for the ancient temple commissioned by King Awanti Warman.

Upon arrival in Pahalgam, settle into your hotel and take the evening to explore the charming surroundings. Known as Mini Switzerland, Pahalgam is a quaint town that holds significance for the famous Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage.

Spend a relaxing night in Pahalgam, soaking in the serene atmosphere of this beautiful destination.

Day 04: Pahalgam – Gulmarg

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Gulmarg, making stops at Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, and Aru Valley along the way. These locations are renowned for their snow-capped mountains and lush Deodhar forests.

Upon arrival in Gulmarg, settle into your hotel and take the opportunity to unwind or explore the surrounding areas. Known as the Meadow of Flowers, Gulmarg is adorned with a plethora of daisies, bluebells, forget-me-nots, and buttercups that come to life during the spring season.

Conclude the day by spending the night in Gulmarg, immersing yourself in its natural beauty and tranquil ambiance.

 Day 05: Gulmarg – Srinagar

Following breakfast, depart from the hotel and proceed towards Srinagar. En route, make a stop at Kungdoor for a gondola ride, allowing you to reach the Kongdari Station via a cable car.

Upon arrival in Srinagar, settle into a houseboat and enjoy an evening in a shikhara for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Depart Srinagar

Following breakfast, make your way to the airport as you say goodbye to Kashmir.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
