Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Seoul!
Upon arrival at Incheon Airport, our welcoming guide will be waiting to meet you. Experience a seamless transfer to your hotel, where you can unwind and rejuvenate. In the evening, take some time to explore the bustling streets teeming with Indian restaurants.
Explore the vibrant Myeongdong street, famous for its dynamic and eclectic shopping experience. Afterwards, make your way to Itaewon street, recognized for its diverse selection of bars and eateries, ideal for a delightful evening out. Relax and recharge at your hotel in preparation for an exciting day ahead in Seoul.
Day 2: Discovering Seoul
Today is a perfect day to indulge in leisure and make the most of your time. You have the freedom to explore at your own pace, or you can opt for the enriching Palace Tour (priced at $95 per person, with the same rate for children).
If you decide to take the optional tour, your day will begin at 09:00 when a knowledgeable guide will pick you up from your hotel. The adventure starts with a visit to the peaceful Joggye Buddhist Temple and a glimpse of the iconic Blue House, the official residence of the Korean President. Your journey then leads you to the majestic Gyeongbok Palace, where you can witness the captivating Royal Guard Changing Ceremony.
The exploration continues as you stroll through the charming Insadong antique shopping street. A delectable lunch will be served at a local restaurant before heading to a shopping center dedicated to Korean Ginseng or Amethyst. Experience the lively atmosphere of the Traditional Market, Namdaemun, and conclude the day with a visit to the stunning Changdeok Palace. The tour wraps up at 17:00, with a drop-off back at your hotel.
Day 3: Seoul
Experience a relaxing day in Seoul with the option to explore at your own pace or join the DMZ half-day tour for $70 per person (same rate for children). This tour is available from 08:00 to 14:00 every day except Mondays and holidays, and a valid passport is required for participation. The tour kicks off with a 07:50 hotel pick-up.
During the tour, you will visit:
– Imjingak Park
– ID verification at Unification Bridge
– DMZ theater & exhibition hall
– The 3rd Tunnel
– Dora Observatory
– Dorasan Station
– Visit to either an Amethyst or Ginseng shop
The tour wraps up at 14:00 with a drop-off at Itaewon street, where you can continue your exploration independently. Please be aware that you will need to arrange your own transportation back to the hotel, either by taxi or subway at your convenience.
Day 4: Seoul to Busan
Begin your day by indulging in a delightful breakfast before making your way to the train station for your trip from Seoul to Busan. Upon arrival, proceed to your hotel in Busan and take some time to relax. Rest comfortably at your hotel in Busan for the night.
Day 5: Busan to Jeju Island
Begin your journey to Jeju Island with an early morning flight and settle into your hotel for a rejuvenating break. The remainder of the day is yours to savor at your leisure.
Day 6: Exploring Jeju Island
Following a delightful breakfast, you have the entire day at your disposal to relish leisurely moments. Alternatively, you have the option to partake in an optional day tour in the western region of Jeju for £105 per person. Embark on a Shared Interest Group (SIC) tour commencing at 09:00 with a convenient pick-up from your hotel. Discover Hyupjae Beach, a renowned destination in Jeju, Hanlim Park (the largest theme park on the island boasting a variety of botanical gardens), and O’Sulloc Green Tea Field. Delve into the serene atmosphere of green tea plantations, the picturesque scenery, and the rich traditions of Korean tea culture. The tour concludes at 17:00 with a drop-off back at your hotel. Indulge in a relaxing overnight stay at your accommodation in Jeju.
Day 7: Departure from Jeju Island
Following breakfast in the morning, board a flight from Jeju Airport to Seoul, where you will then transfer to Incheon International Airport for your return journey home.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
