Day 1: Arrival in Seoul
Upon arrival at Incheon Airport, a guide will welcome you and accompany you to the hotel for relaxation. In the evening, take advantage of your free time to experience the lively atmosphere of the streets filled with Indian restaurants. Wander through the bustling Myeongdong street, famous for its vibrant shopping opportunities, and explore the renowned bars and restaurants along Itaewon street. Your overnight stay will be at a hotel in Seoul.
Day 2: Seoul
Begin your day with a delightful breakfast as you have the opportunity to indulge in a free day of leisure. Alternatively, you can opt for a Palace tour with lunch (OPTIONAL US$95) scheduled from 09:00 to 17:00. This comprehensive tour includes hotel pick-up by a knowledgeable guide, a visit to Joggye Buddhist Temple and the Blue House (the Korean President’s residence), exploration of the main palace (Gyeongbok Palace) with a chance to witness the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony, a leisurely stroll through the Insadong antique shopping street, lunch at a local restaurant, browsing for Korean Ginseng or Amethyst at a shopping center, a visit to the Traditional Market, Namdaemun, and a final stop at Changdeok Palace. The day concludes with a return to the hotel by 17:00 for an overnight stay in Seoul.
Day 3: Seoul
Following breakfast this morning, you have the opportunity to partake in captivating tours. One option is the DMZ half-day tour, priced at $70 per person (excluding lunch), operating on a shared basis from 08:00 to 14:00, with closures on Mondays and holidays. A valid passport is mandatory for this excursion. The tour commences with a 07:50 hotel pick-up, visiting Imjingak Park, undergoing an ID check at Unification Bridge, exploring the DMZ theatre & exhibition hall, venturing into The 3rd Tunnel, observing from Dora Observatory, visiting Dorasan Station, and concluding with a stop at either an Amethyst or Ginseng shop. The tour concludes at 14:00 on Itaewon street, where you will be responsible for your return to the hotel via taxi or subway after enjoying the street.
Alternatively, you may opt for the Nami Island & Petit France tour, priced at $140 per person (lunch not included), operating on a shared basis from 09:00 to 17:00. The tour begins with a 09:00 pick-up from the hotel, with highlights including visits to Nami Island, Petit France, and shopping opportunities at Ginseng and Amethyst shops. Nami Island is renowned for its picturesque setting and served as a filming location for the popular drama Winter Sonata, while Petit France offers a quaint French-style ambiance and was featured in the drama My Love from the Star. Your day concludes with an overnight stay at the hotel in Seoul.
Day 4: Seoul to Busan
Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a journey to Busan via a high-speed train. Upon reaching your destination, a driver will greet you and take you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and explore at your own pace. Overnight accommodation will be provided at the hotel.
Day 5: Departure from Busan
Start your day with a delicious breakfast before getting ready to leave. Catch a high-speed train this morning to Incheon Airport for your journey back home.
Tour Information
- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
