    Itinerary

    Day 1

    Arrival in Bangalore – The Garden City Welcome Arrive in Bangalore, the cosmopolitan capital of Karnataka. After a warm welcome, check in to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can visit Bull Temple and the ISKCON Temple, both known for their spiritual ambience and South Indian architectural beauty. Overnight stay in Bangalore.

    Day 2

    Bangalore to Hassan via Shravanabelagola After breakfast, depart for Hassan (approx. 5–6 hours), stopping en route at Shravanabelagola, home to the majestic 57-ft monolithic statue of Lord Gomateshwara. After exploring the Jain pilgrimage site, proceed to Hassan and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Hassan.

    Day 3

    Temples of Belur and Halebidu Today, visit the Hoysala architectural marvels — Chennakesava Temple in Belur and Hoysaleswara Temple in Halebidu. Admire the intricate carvings, mythological sculptures, and celestial figures etched into stone. These 12th-century temples are visual stories in granite. Return to Hassan for the night.

    Day 4

    Hassan to Hospet – Gateway to Hampi After breakfast, drive to Hospet (approx. 7 hours), the closest town to Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check in to your hotel and rest after the journey. Overnight stay in Hospet.

    Day 5

    Full-Day Exploration of Hampi Spend the day in Hampi, exploring the ruins of the Vijayanagara Empire. Visit the Virupaksha Temple, Vittala Temple with its iconic stone chariot, and the royal enclosures. The landscape of boulder-strewn hills and ancient monuments makes Hampi a magical experience. Return to Hospet for overnight stay.

    Day 6

    Hospet to Badami via Aihole and Pattadakal Travel to Badami (approx. 5 hours), stopping to explore Aihole and Pattadakal, cradles of early Chalukyan temple architecture. These UNESCO-listed sites showcase a blend of Dravidian and Nagara styles. On arrival in Badami, check in and relax. Overnight stay in Badami.

    Day 7

    Cave Temples of Badami Explore Badami, famous for its rock-cut cave temples carved into sandstone cliffs. Visit the Bhutanatha group of temples by the Agastya Lake and the fort with stunning views. The cave temples are known for detailed carvings of Vishnu, Shiva, and Jain Tirthankaras. Overnight in Badami.

    Day 8

    Badami to Mangalore (via overnight train or flight) Depending on your preference, depart for Mangalore, the coastal gateway to Kerala. You can opt for an overnight train or domestic flight (via Hubli or Bangalore). On arrival in Mangalore, relax and prepare for the Kerala leg of the journey. Overnight stay in Mangalore.

    Day 9

    Mangalore to Guruvayur – Temple Town of Kerala Drive to Guruvayur (approx. 6 hours), home to the revered Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple. It is one of the most important pilgrimage centers in Kerala. If time permits, visit the Mammiyoor Shiva Temple and Elephant Sanctuary. Overnight stay in Guruvayur.

    Day 10

    Guruvayur to Trivandrum – South Kerala’s Spiritual Capital Today, journey south to Trivandrum (approx. 7–8 hours) with optional visits to Kollam or Varkala en route. Upon arrival, visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, known for its spiritual energy and architectural brilliance. Enjoy a peaceful evening in this coastal temple city. Overnight stay in Trivandrum.

    Day 11

    Departure from Trivandrum After breakfast, depending on your flight time, visit nearby attractions like the Napier Museum or Shangumugham Beach. Transfer to Trivandrum Airport for your onward journey, carrying with you the blessings and rich cultural memories of South India.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
