Day 1: Arrive in Singapore – Night Safari

Upon arrival at Changi Airport, our dedicated tour guide will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After ensuring you have checked in and had time to rest, we will commence with the activities planned for day 1 of your vacation.
Your journey kicks off with a visit to the Mandai Wildlife Reserve for a unique experience at the renowned Night Safari. As the world’s first nocturnal wildlife park, it has been recognized as the Best Attraction by the Singapore Tourism Board on 13 occasions. The Night Safari is an open-air zoo that is home to a diverse array of over 2,500 animals, including rare and endangered species.

Day 2: Half-day City Tour of Singapore

On the second day of the itinerary, you will explore renowned tourist destinations in Singapore such as Gardens By The Bay, Little India, Chinatown, the National Gallery, Marina Bay Sands, Botanic Gardens, and the Singapore Zoo.

Day 3: Sentosa Island Tour

During the third day of your itinerary, you’ll have the opportunity to discover the stunning Sentosa Island and its wide array of activities. Experience a close encounter with dolphins at Dolphin Island, marvel at the iconic suspension bridge at Palawan Beach, and embark on an exhilarating cable car journey with the Skyline Luge and Skyride.

Day 4: Resorts World Sentosa – Universal Studios – Trick Eye Museum

On the fourth day of your stay, you will be transported from the hotel to the impressive Resorts World Sentosa. This lifestyle destination resort offers a range of attractions including theme parks, museums, and luxurious resorts. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation before embarking on an exhilarating adventure at Universal Studios. Prepare to be thrilled as you ride Battlestar Galactica, one of the world’s tallest dueling roller coasters, and enjoy interactive games and attractions inspired by iconic movies like Transformers, The Mummy, and Jurassic Park.

In the evening, make your way to the Trick Eye Museum where you will be captivated by its captivating exhibition of 3D art.

Day 5: Adventure Cove – S.E.A. Aquarium – Maritime Experiential Museum – Typhoon Theatre

Start your fifth day by exploring Adventure Cove, the sole aquatic water park in Southeast Asia that offers exciting rides such as high-speed water slides and snorkeling. Delve into the mesmerizing underwater world at the S.E.A. Aquarium, where you can encounter approximately 100,000 marine creatures.

Experience something truly special at the Typhoon Theatre, known for its immersive 360-degree multimedia journey through maritime entertainment.

Day 6: Depart from Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore

Depart from your hotel and make your way to Changi Airport to catch your return flight.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
