    Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrive in Siem Reap

    Upon arriving in Cambodia, our tour representatives will be there to welcome you and assist in your journey to Siem Reap. After checking in at the hotel, take some time to freshen up before heading out to discover the city.
    Begin your exploration by visiting East Mebon, a historical temple dating back to the 10th century under King Rajendravarman’s reign. Later in the day, explore the temples of Neak Poan and Prasat Preah Khan. Enjoy a mesmerizing Apsara Dance performance during dinner. Rest for the night at your hotel.

    Day 2: Siem Reap Exploration

    Experience a picturesque sunrise before embarking on a journey to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor. Explore the renowned Banteay Srei temple, a 10th-century marvel dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Another must-see temple in Angkor is Banteay Samre, constructed in the early 11th century.

    Today’s itinerary includes visits to Ta Prohm Temple, Banteay Kdei, Prasat Kravan, Prasat Chau Say Tevoda, and Thommanon. Conclude the day by returning to Siem Reap for the night.

    Day 3: Siem Reap Exploration

    After indulging in a delightful breakfast, prepare to explore more temples located in Angkor. Your itinerary includes visits to Bayon Temple, Baphuon Temple, and Angkor Thom, the former capital of the Khmer Empire.

    Next, you will be guided to the Terrace of the Elephants, an ancient temple complex, and the adjacent Terrace of the Leper King. Before heading to Phnom Bakheng, make a brief stop at the west gate of Angkor Thom.

    Return to Siem Reap for dinner, followed by the option to unwind at a pub or treat yourself to a relaxing foot massage. Retire for the night at your hotel.

    Day 4: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville

    Begin your day by taking a morning flight to Phnom Penh, then proceed to Sihanoukville by car. Upon arrival at your hotel, take some time to freshen up and unwind before heading out. Explore one of Sihanoukville’s picturesque islands and enjoy activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, and kayaking. Return to your hotel in the evening to conclude your day.

    Day 5: Sihanoukville – Bamboo Island

    Embark on a morning boat excursion to explore the picturesque islands of Sihanoukville, including a visit to Bamboo Island. Enjoy an array of exciting activities such as swimming, sunbathing, and scuba diving. Return to Sihanoukville in the evening and relax at your hotel for the night.

    Day 6: Sihanoukville – Phnom Penh

    Today, you are embarking on a journey to Phnom Penh to discover its renowned tourist sites. Begin your exploration at the Royal Palace, originally constructed as the official residence of the Cambodian King. Marvel at the exquisite Silver Pagoda, a Buddhist temple situated within the palace grounds. Don’t miss the chance to visit the Independence Monument and the National Museum of Cambodia before heading back to your accommodation.

    Day 7: Depart Phnom Penh

    Prior to departing for the airport, take some time to visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, which documents the tragic events of the Cambodian genocide. Then, make your way to catch your flight back home.

    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
