Day 1: Arrive in Delhi – Shimla
Upon arriving at the airport or railway station in Delhi, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to Shimla. Once you arrive at your hotel, you can smoothly complete the check-in process and enjoy a relaxing evening at your leisure.
Day 2: Shimla
Start your day with a delicious breakfast and set out to discover the charming city of Shimla. As the capital of Himachal Pradesh and the largest city in the state, Shimla offers a blend of history and natural beauty. Begin your sightseeing with a visit to the picturesque Naldehra Golf Course, then continue on to the scenic resort town of Kufri. Take some time to explore the shops along Mall Road before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: Shimla – Manali
Embark on a journey to the picturesque town of Manali in the morning, taking in the stunning sights along the route. Upon arrival at your hotel in Manali, unwind and enjoy a leisurely day of relaxation.
Day 4: Manali
Today, you will embark on a tour of the renowned tourist attractions in Manali. Begin by visiting the Hidimba Devi Temple, nestled among majestic pine trees. This sacred temple, dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, dates back to 1553. Afterward, indulge in the therapeutic hot springs of Vashisht Kund and explore the bustling nearby markets. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, before returning to the hotel for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 5: Manali
On the fifth day of your itinerary, you will have the opportunity to witness the breathtaking snowy mountains of Manali. Your day will include visits to scenic locations like Gulaba, Marhi, and Kothi, culminating in a journey to Rohtang Pass. This pass, which connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti Valleys, is a popular destination in Himachal Pradesh. Conclude the day by returning to your hotel in the evening.
Day 6: Manali – Chandigarh
Begin your journey to Chandigarh following a delightful breakfast at your Manali hotel. Renowned for its exceptional modern architecture and urban design from the 20th century, Chandigarh offers visitors a unique mix of nostalgia and contemporary style.
Upon arrival in Chandigarh, explore its picturesque sights such as Sukhna Lake and Rock Garden. Return to your accommodation in the evening to conclude your day.
Day 7: Chandigarh – Delhi
Embark on your journey to the capital city of India on the seventh day of your itinerary. Upon arrival at your hotel in Delhi, complete the check-in process and enjoy the remainder of the day at your own pace.
Day 8: Delhi – Agra – Delhi
Experience the wonders of Agra on this day filled with exploration. Discover the rich history of the Mughal Empire as you visit the iconic landmarks that have solidified Agra’s status as a top tourist destination. Begin your journey with a visit to the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal, a timeless symbol of love and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
After exploring the Taj Mahal, continue your adventure by visiting the historical Agra Fort and the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah. Then, return to Delhi after a day filled with unforgettable experiences.
Day 9: Depart Delhi
Before concluding your trip, take the opportunity to discover the vibrant capital city of India. Don’t miss the chance to explore iconic landmarks such as Rajghat, Shanti Van, Jama Masjid, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Red Fort, and Chandni Chowk. In the evening, make your way to the majestic Qutub Minar before heading to the airport or railway station to catch your return flight.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
