Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Stockholm
Upon arrival in Stockholm, our tour representatives will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel. We will assist you with the check-in process before allowing you some time to relax and freshen up. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, culminating in a gourmet dinner at one of Stockholm’s top restaurants.
Day 2: Stockholm – Hop on Hop Off Tour
On the second day of your trip, you will embark on a guided tour of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, aboard a private coach. During the tour, you have the flexibility to disembark at any point of interest or remain on board to enjoy the informative audio commentary, available in 10 languages.
Explore Stockholm’s renowned landmarks, beginning with the historic Old Town, also known as Gamla Stan, where you can discover a plethora of galleries, studios, cafes, shops, and eateries. If you are a fan of ABBA, be sure to visit ABBA The Museum.
One of the highlights of the tour is a visit to the Vasa Museum, established in 1990, which houses the remarkably preserved Vasa, the only 17th-century ship of its kind in the world. Other notable attractions on the itinerary include the Ice Bar, City Hall, Skansen, Royal Palace, Grona Lund, and Fjallgatan.
Day 3: Stockholm – Copenhagen – Bakken
On the third day of your journey, board a train from Stockholm to Copenhagen and be sure to appreciate the impressive Oresund Bridge that links Sweden and Denmark. Upon arrival in Denmark’s capital city, explore Bakken, the oldest amusement park globally, before retiring to your hotel for the evening.
Copenhagen is renowned for its architectural marvels, including buildings, churches, squares, and waterways. The locals are known to be some of the happiest and most welcoming individuals globally.
Day 4: Copenhagen – Hop on Hop Off Tour – Cruise to Oslo
Explore Copenhagen on your fourth day with a private coach tour that includes visits to iconic landmarks. Begin by delving into Denmark’s cultural history at the National Museum of Denmark and experiencing the charm of Tivoli Gardens, the world’s second-oldest amusement park. Your tour will then take you to the impressive Christiansborg Palace, which houses the Danish Parliament, Supreme Court, and the office of the Danish Prime Minister.
Additional stops on your itinerary include the regal Amalienborg Palace, the enchanting Gefion Fountain, the picturesque Langelinie Pavillion, historic Nyboder, the serene Botanical Gardens, and the esteemed Royal Library.
In the early evening, embark on a cruise to Oslo for a night of revelry and a memorable gala on the North Sea. Enjoy a peaceful night’s rest on board the cruise ship.
Day 5: Cruise – Oslo – Hop on Hop Off Tour
Upon arrival in Oslo in the morning, your cruise itinerary includes checking in to your hotel and refreshing yourself before embarking on a sightseeing tour via our private coach. The coach provides audio commentary highlighting key landmarks such as the National Theatre, Vigeland Park, Parliament Building, Aker Brygge, and the Akershus Fortress.
Day 6: Depart from Oslo
Revel in the freedom to discover Oslo at your leisure until it is time for you to board your return flight.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
