Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Ayodhya – Land of Lord Ram Arrive in Ayodhya and check in to your hotel. Begin your spiritual journey with a visit to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, the sacred birthplace of Lord Ram. Explore Hanuman Garhi, a revered temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, and enjoy an evening aarti at Saryu Ghat, where the river glows with countless lamps and devotion fills the air.
Day 2
Ayodhya Local Sightseeing Spend the day exploring Ayodhya’s spiritual and cultural richness. Visit Kanak Bhawan, Treta Ke Thakur, and the Guptar Ghat. Later, stroll through the lanes dotted with temples and ashrams echoing with chants. If time permits, explore the Ayodhya Research Institute or visit Tulsi Smarak Bhawan to understand the literary and spiritual legacy of Tulsidas.
Day 3
Ayodhya to Prayagraj – Where Rivers Meet After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj (approx. 4 hours). On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and mythical Saraswati rivers – a spiritually powerful site. Attend the serene river aarti and enjoy the calm yet sacred ambiance.
Day 4
Prayagraj Exploration Explore the holy city’s landmarks: visit Anand Bhavan, the ancestral home of the Nehru family, and Khusro Bagh, a Mughal-era garden and tomb complex. Pay homage at Hanuman Temple near Sangam and explore Allahabad Fort (outer view, as it’s under Army control). End the day with a spiritual walk along Yamuna banks.
Day 5
Prayagraj to Varanasi – The Eternal City Post breakfast, drive to Varanasi (approx. 3.5 hours), one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities. After hotel check-in, head to the Dashashwamedh Ghat in the evening for the iconic Ganga Aarti, where priests perform synchronized rituals with chants, fire lamps, and conch shells, creating a surreal spiritual atmosphere.
Day 6
Exploring Varanasi – Ghats, Temples, and Mysticism Begin your day with a peaceful sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, witnessing life unfold on the ghats. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, followed by Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and Durga Kund Temple. Explore Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and Bharat Kala Bhavan. Later, stroll through narrow alleys full of local crafts and street food.
Day 7
Departure from Varanasi After breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport or railway station with divine memories and a heart full of peace and spiritual fulfillment.

- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
