Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrive In Moscow
Upon your arrival at the airport, our tour manager will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After completing the check-in process, take the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas at your own pace for the remainder of the day.
Enjoy a relaxing evening at a luxurious hotel in Moscow.
Day 2 : Moscow City Tour
Moscow, the capital and largest city of Russia, boasts a rich history and vibrant culture. Its blend of traditional and contemporary architecture, picturesque boulevards, and the granite-lined banks of the Moscow River are a sight to behold.
Today, following breakfast, embark on a comprehensive city tour. Highlights include visits to Poklonnaya Hill, New Maiden Convent, and Vorobievy Hills. You will also pass by renowned Moscow landmarks such as Tverskaya Street, Manezhnaya Square, and Lubianka Square. Be sure not to overlook must-see attractions like Savoir Cathedral, the Kremlin, Ohotny Riad, Bolshoy Theatre, and Kropotkinskaya Embankments.
Conclude the tour with a stop at Red Square and explore the various cathedrals in the vicinity of the Kremlin.

Day 3 : Moscow City Tour Day 2
After enjoying breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Old Arbat Street, a renowned cobblestone thoroughfare and one of Moscow’s oldest. The excursion will showcase notable architectural wonders, street performances, and opportunities to peruse souvenir shops. Delve into the street’s rich history and immerse yourself in the artisan culture it embodies.
Conclude the day by returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Moscow.
Day 4 : Moscow – Izmailovo
Following breakfast, you will venture to Izmailovo, a suburban area of Moscow renowned for its Izmailovo Kremlin, known for its array of souvenirs, paintings, antiques, and unique second-hand items. Additionally, the Izmailovo Market stands out as Moscow’s largest flea market.
Enjoy a full day of shopping at your leisure before heading back to your hotel in Moscow.
Day 5 : Moscow – St. Petersburg
Depart from your hotel and proceed to the train station to board the Sapsan train bound for St. Petersburg. The approximately 4-hour journey offers a high level of comfort. Upon arrival at the station, our guide will be there to assist you with the hotel check-in process.
After settling in, you have the remainder of the day to explore the charming surroundings of the hotel at your own pace.

Day 6 : St Petersburg City Tour
Founded in 1703 by Russian Emperor Peter the Great, St Petersburg is renowned as Russia’s cultural capital. The city boasts a rich history, with mosques, churches, and imperial palaces dating back to Peter the Great’s era. Notable landmarks such as the Winter Palace and Peter and Paul Cathedral are must-visit attractions.
Begin your day after breakfast exploring key sites like Spit of the Basil Island, St Isaac Cathedral, Palace Square, Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood, and the Aurora. Along the way, you will pass by Nevsky Prospekt, a historic street constructed during the reign of Catherine II the Great. Other points of interest include the Neva Embankments, Isaac’s Square, Arts Square, and the iconic Peter and Paul fortress, serving as the final resting place of the Russian royal family.
Conclude your day by spending the night in St Petersburg.
Day 7 : St Petersburg City Tour Day 2
Today, take the opportunity to discover the renowned Winter Palace, once the opulent home of the Russian royal family. This grand palace has been transformed into the Hermitage Museum, boasting an extensive collection of more than 3 million artifacts such as paintings, sculptures, ceramics, attire, and a diverse array of weaponry from the medieval era.
Devote your day to exploring the various structures within the Palace compound before retreating to your hotel in the evening.
Day 8 : St Petersburg – Pushkin
Explore the charming town of Pushkin, located in St Petersburg, renowned for its stunning palaces and picturesque parks. Originally known as Detskoye Selo, or Children’s Village, the town was later renamed Pushkin in honor of the iconic Russian poet, Alexander Pushkin.
During your visit, marvel at the opulent Alexander and Catherine Palaces. The Catherine Palace, known for its lavish decorations, was so extravagant that even Catherine the Great struggled to maintain its upkeep costs. Don’t miss the breathtaking Amber Room within the Palace, adorned with over 6 tonnes of amber panels.
Afterwards, take some time to shop and discover the attractions in and around Pushkin before returning to your hotel in St Petersburg.
Day 9 : Depart Russia
Today, it is time to say farewell to this picturesque country as you prepare to board your flight back home.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
