    Day 1: Arrive in Moscow

    Upon reaching Moscow, our tour representative will be there to welcome you and assist you in reaching your hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, you can freshen up before heading out to discover the charming parks that Moscow has to offer. With over 50 parks and forests, as well as more than 700 boulevards and public gardens, the capital of Russia is a haven for nature lovers.

    Day 2: Moscow City Tour

    After enjoying a delightful breakfast, you will embark on a tour to visit some of Moscow’s most iconic attractions. Our knowledgeable tour guides will lead you to the renowned Red Square, the State Historical Museum, St. Basil’s Cathedral, and Lenin Mausoleum. You will also have the opportunity to explore the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, New Maiden’s Convent, and Moscow State University. Stroll along the picturesque Moskvoretskaya Embankment for a stunning view of the Kremlin, located at the heart of the city.
    Next, make your way to Sparrow Hills, an observation point offering a panoramic vista of Moscow. Spend the remainder of the day discovering other famous landmarks such as Victory Park, Triumphal Arch, Poklonnaya Hill, Boulevard Ring, Tverskaya Street, Pushkin Square, Kutuzovsky Avenue, Manezhnaya Square, and New Arbat Avenue. Conclude your day with visits to Tsar Cannon, Tsar Bell, and Senate Square to complete your Moscow sightseeing experience.

    Day 3: Moscow Metro Tour – St. Petersburg

    Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a guided tour of the Moscow metro. Explore iconic stations such as Komsomolskaya, Mayakovskaya, Novokuznetskaya, Ploshchad Revolyutsii, Kropotkinskaya, and Novoslobodskaya. Don’t miss the chance to visit Belorusskaya, Arbatskaya, and Park Kultury stations.

    Later in the day, catch a train to the port city of St. Petersburg. Upon arrival, our tour representatives will assist you in reaching your hotel. Take the opportunity to unwind and enjoy a leisurely evening once you have completed the check-in process.

    Day 4: St. Petersburg City Tour

    Explore the vibrant city of St. Petersburg today. Your itinerary includes visits to iconic landmarks such as Saint Isaac’s Cathedral, Alexander Nevsky Lavra, Peter and Paul Fortress, Peterhof, Pavlovsk Palace, Yusupov Palace, and Catherine Palace. After a day of exploration, return to your hotel for the night.

    Day 5: Hermitage State Museum

    Today, your itinerary includes a visit to the illustrious Hermitage State Museum. Established in 1764, this renowned institution is among the world’s largest museums, boasting an impressive collection of over three million artifacts. In 2022, the museum welcomed 2,812,913 visitors, earning the 10th spot on the Art Newspaper’s list of most visited art museums. Following your museum visit, explore a local flea market post-lunch before returning to your hotel in the evening.

    Day 6: Depart St. Petersburg

    Following breakfast, complete your checkout at the hotel and proceed to Pulkovo Airport to catch your return flight home.

    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
