Day 1 – Arrive In Athens

Upon your arrival at Athens International Airport, our tour manager will be there to welcome you. They will assist you with the check-in process at the hotel and provide you with a briefing on the tour itinerary. Take some time in the evening to explore the surroundings of the hotel.

Day 2 – Athens City Tour & Acropolis Museum

Athens is widely known for its extensive history, ancient landmarks, and lively nightlife. It is also a top destination for experiencing delicious Greek cuisine. Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on the Athens City Tour, which will take you to various notable sites such as the Panathenaic Stadium, the residence of the Prime Minister, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Temple of Athena Nike, and the National Library of Greece.

Take a break for lunch and indulge in a traditional Greek meal featuring salads, grilled meats, sandwiches, and Ouzo. Following lunch, visit the Acropolis Museum, renowned as one of the world’s best museums. Explore its iconic exhibits, including the Parthenon Gallery and the celebrated Caryatids. Other must-see attractions within the museum are the Hekatompedon and Propylaea.

Conclude your day by spending the night in Athens, soaking in the city’s vibrant atmosphere and rich cultural heritage.

Day 3 – Athens To Mykonos

Following a satisfying breakfast buffet, proceed to Mykonos. The ferry journey lasts approximately 3 hours, providing a picturesque view of the Aegean Sea. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and dedicate the remainder of the day to discovering the surrounding areas of your Mykonos accommodation.

Enjoy your overnight stay in Mykonos.

Day 4 – Mykonos

Mykonos is a renowned beach destination that attracts top celebrities from around the globe. The town’s charming maze of whitewashed streets and traditional architecture adds to its allure. Must-see attractions include the iconic Windmills, the historic Church of Panagia Paraportiani, and the popular Paradise Beach.

While in Mykonos, you can browse through various street markets for affordable Greek souvenirs or opt to take a trip to Delos Island.

Conclude your day by staying overnight in Mykonos.

Day 5 – Depart Mykonos

Farewell to Mykonos and Greece as you make your way to Mykonos International Airport to board your flight back home or to the next destination on your European tour.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
