Upon landing at Bucharest International Airport, our dedicated tour manager will assist you in transferring to the hotel and completing the check-in process. Day 2: Explore Bucharest

After enjoying breakfast, your day in Bucharest will be filled with exploration of some of the city’s top tourist attractions. Begin with a guided tour of Old Town, where you will visit iconic landmarks such as the Palace of Parliament, Stavropoleous Monastery, the National Bank of Romania, and the Romania Athenaeum.

Next, your itinerary includes stops at the Village Museum, Arch de Triumph, Revolution Square, Cotroceni Palace, the Botanical Gardens of Bucharest, and the bustling Piata Obor Market. Take the opportunity to indulge in local cuisine during your lunch break at the market, where you can sample traditional dishes like meatballs, stuffed cabbage, and baklava.

Cap off your day with a visit to some of Romania’s historic bars, including Caru’ cu Bere, the city’s oldest beer house renowned for its Art Nouveau architecture.

Day 3: Bucharest – Timisoara

Following breakfast, you will set out to visit the locations you were unable to see yesterday. Enjoy a delicious lunch consisting of local cuisine, then take some time to browse through the various local markets offering handicrafts, ceramics, and other goods.

In the evening, make your way to Bucharest train station to catch a night train to Timisoara.

Day 4: Timisoara – Belgrade

Upon arrival at Timisoara train station, our team will assist you in transferring to Belgrade. Once you check in at the hotel, take the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Serbia’s capital city. Enjoy exploring the sights and sounds before settling in for the night at a luxurious hotel in Belgrade.

Day 5: Explore Belgrade

Belgrade, dating back to 5700 BC, stands as one of Europe’s oldest continuously inhabited cities. This historic city boasts a wealth of captivating museums, art galleries, statues, sculptures, and charming roadside cafes, providing visitors with a rewarding and cost-effective experience. Notable sites to explore include the Belgrade Fortress, the Temple of Saint Sava, St. Mark’s Orthodox Church, and the Ruzica Church.

Indulge in a delicious lunch at one of Belgrade’s many bistros, where you can savor local cuisine at reasonable prices. In the evening, continue your exploration of the city by visiting its numerous theaters, museums, and squares.

Day 6: Belgrade

Today, you have the freedom to independently roam the city. Consider browsing through the various local markets offering a selection of natural cosmetics, books, nut butters, antiques, and souvenirs. Conclude your day by staying overnight in Belgrade.

Day 7: Belgrade – Zlatibor

Today, your journey will begin towards Zlatibor, with a stop at Sirogojno to explore the open-air museum showcasing the architectural, social, and cultural aspects of the Zlatibor region. Spanning across 5 hectares, this museum offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Serbian culture.

Upon reaching Zlatibor, you will be welcomed to a luxurious hotel in the town for check-in.

Day 8: Zlatibor – Podgorica

Start your day with a delightful Serbian breakfast before venturing to Podgorica, the vibrant capital of Montenegro. Podgorica embodies the essence of a Mediterranean city, boasting sunny beaches, charming churches, majestic cathedrals, and picturesque vineyards.

Immerse yourself in a walking tour of King Nikola’s Palace and the historic Ribnica Bridge to fully appreciate the city’s rich cultural heritage.

Day 9: Podgorica – Kotor Bay – Podgorica

Begin your day with breakfast before embarking on a walking tour of the stunning Kotor City situated by the Adriatic Sea. Established in 535, this city is renowned for its UNESCO World Heritage-listed old city center.

In the afternoon, make your way back to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening at your leisure.

Day 10: Depart Podgorica

Following breakfast, complete your check-out from the hotel before heading to the airport to either proceed with the next stage of your European tour package or catch your flight back home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
