Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive In Bucharest
Upon reaching Bucharest International Airport, our tour manager will assist you with transferring and completing the check-in process. Take the opportunity to explore the charming city and its vibrant markets during the day.
Your accommodation for the night will be at a luxurious hotel in Bucharest.
Day 2: Bucharest – Sibiu
Following a delicious breakfast, embark on a brief tour of Bucharest city. Highlights of this tour include Revolution Square, the People’s Salvation Cathedral (the tallest and largest Eastern Orthodox Church globally), the Romanian Athenaeum, Golescu Mansion, the old Royal Palace, the Arch of Triumph, and the Open Air Village Museum. In the afternoon, you will journey towards Transylvania.
En route, a stop at Cozia Monastery, one of Romania’s oldest churches nestled along the Olt Valley, will be made. Subsequently, you will arrive at Sibiu, a charming medieval town in Transylvania, renowned as Europe’s Capital of Culture in 2007.

Day 3: Sibiu – Sighisoara
Sibiu embodies the quintessential charm of a European town, boasting medieval architecture, quaint cobblestone streets, charming cafes, meandering alleyways, and hospitable residents. Notable attractions in Sibiu include the Saint Mary Evangelical Parish Church, dating back to the 14th century, the Museum of the Icons on Glass, the iconic Bridge of Lies, the expansive Large Square, and the historic Tower of the Council.
Following a delightful traditional meal at a local eatery, the journey continues to the enchanting city of Sighisoara, nestled in the heart of Transylvania and reputedly the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler. This medieval gem is renowned for its scenic beauty, rich historical significance, and designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Retire for the evening at a luxurious hotel in Sighisoara, immersing yourself in the allure of this captivating destination.
Day 4: Sighisoara – Bucovina
After a satisfying breakfast, start your day by exploring the historic buildings of Sighisoara, including the Citadel, Clock Tower Museum, Medieval Weapons Museum, and Covered Stairway. Immerse yourself in the charm of the city’s medieval streets.
For lunch, savor a meal at a local restaurant before embarking on a journey to Bucovina via the scenic Borgo Pass. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes and winding roads of the Apuseni Mountains in the Carpathian Range.
Bucovina is renowned for its painted monasteries, orthodox churches, and the castles featured in Bram Stoker’s novel, Dracula. Take a break at Dracula’s Castle Hotel for a cup of coffee. Finally, make your way to Gura Humorului to relax and unwind at a luxurious hotel to end the day.
Day 5: Explore Bucovina
Following breakfast, you will embark on a delightful exploration of this enchanting city and its historical landmarks. Today’s itinerary includes visits to the renowned painted monasteries of Bucovina, Putna Monastery, Suceava Fortress, Bucovina Village Museum, Vatra Dornei, and the iconic Voronet Monastery, often referred to as the Sistine Chapel of the East. Commissioned by King Stephan the Great in 1487 to commemorate their triumph over the Ottoman Empire, this chapel boasts a rich history and stunning architecture.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to visit the Moldovita Monastery, a significant Romanian Orthodox monastery located in the commune of Vatra Moldovitei, and explore Marginea, known for its assortment of workshops showcasing exquisite black ceramicware.
Conclude your day by spending the night in Gura Humorului, soaking in the charm and tranquility of this picturesque destination.
Day 6: Bucovina Area – Brasov
After enjoying your morning meal, make your way to Brasov via the scenic Bicaz Gorge. Be sure to take in the breathtaking views of the Hasmas National Park, renowned for its towering limestone rocks reaching over 1,000 feet above the Cheile Bicazului pass and the iconic Red Lake.
Brasov, a captivating medieval town that once served as the capital of Transylvania, stands out as one of Romania’s most enchanting destinations. During your visit, explore notable attractions such as Council Square, the historic Black Church, the First Romanian School Museum, Biserica Sfantul Nicolae, and the Orthodox Church, a stunning 19th-century architectural gem.
Day 7: Brasov – Bucharest
Begin your day with a substantial breakfast prior to exploring the Bran Castle, a formidable fortress linked to the legendary Count Dracula. Following this, proceed to the Peles Castle, the former summer retreat of the Romanian Royal Family, commissioned by the inaugural King of Romania. The castle now showcases an array of weaponry and artistic treasures in its exhibitions. Conclude your day in Bucharest by checking into your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 8: Depart Bucharest

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
