Day 1: Arrive in Zurich – Basel – Kunstmuseum Basel – Theater Basel – Freie Strasse

Upon arrival in Zurich, take a train to Basel. Upon checking in and refreshing at your hotel, embark on your initial sightseeing excursion. Visit the Kunstmuseum Basel, boasting the world’s oldest public art collection. Immerse yourself in theatrical wonders at Theater Basel. Conclude your day with a visit to Freie Strasse, Basel’s primary shopping thoroughfare. Remember to indulge in a meal at one of the esteemed Gault Millau-rated restaurants.

Day 2: Basel – Lucerne – Lake Lucerne Cruise

After departing from your hotel in Basel, take a train to Lucerne. Upon arrival and check-in at your hotel in Lucerne, embark on a scenic Lake Lucerne cruise. During the cruise, informative audio commentary will highlight points of interest, historical landmarks, and the four neighboring cantons. Retire for the night at your accommodation in Lucerne. Consider utilizing the Swiss Pass for a convenient one-hour journey to discover Bern.

Day 3: Lucerne – Mt. Rigi

During the third day of your journey, embark on a ferry to Vitznau and ascend Mt. Rigi via Europe’s pioneering mountain railway. The return journey can be made by either train or boat. Conclude the day by staying overnight at your hotel in Lucerne.

Day 4: Lucerne – Zurich – Rhine Falls

Head to the train station in Lucerne after checking out of your hotel and board a train bound for Zurich. Upon arrival, complete the check-in process and then embark on a journey to witness the magnificent Rhine Falls, the largest waterfall in Europe. Take the opportunity to explore Zurich by strolling through its shops, museums, and flea markets for the remainder of the day.

Day 5: Depart from Zurich

Recede from your hotel accommodation and proceed to the airport for your return flight journey.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
