Day 1

Arrival in Jaipur – The Pink City Beckons: Arrive in Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital, where vibrant streets and royal architecture await. Our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, begin your exploration with a visit to the Birla Temple, known for its marble architecture, followed by Nahargarh Fort for a breathtaking sunset over the city. Enjoy an evening at leisure in the local market, and try traditional Rajasthani cuisine like Dal Baati Churma.

Day 2

Jaipur Sightseeing – Palaces, Forts & Bazaars: Post breakfast, embark on a full-day Jaipur city tour. Start with a photo stop at the iconic Hawa Mahal, followed by a guided visit to the majestic Amber Fort, where you can enjoy an optional elephant ride. Later, visit the City Palace, a blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture, and the Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO-listed astronomical observatory. In the evening, visit the local bazaars for handicrafts, textiles, and gemstones. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Jaipur to Udaipur – Through the Heart of Rajasthan: After breakfast, check out and drive to the romantic city of Udaipur (approx. 7 hours). En route, stop at Ajmer or Pushkar if desired, for a brief spiritual detour. On arrival in Udaipur, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Lake Pichola, witnessing the illuminated City Palace and Jag Mandir. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 4

Udaipur Sightseeing – The City of Lakes: Start your day with a visit to the grand City Palace Complex, which offers panoramic views of Lake Pichola. Next, explore Saheliyon Ki Bari, a lush garden built for royal maidens. Visit Jagdish Temple, known for its Indo-Aryan architecture, and the Vintage Car Museum for a peek into the royal garage. In the evening, enjoy traditional Rajasthani folk dance and dinner at Bagore Ki Haveli. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 5

Udaipur to Mount Abu – Rajasthan’s Hill Retreat: After breakfast, drive to Mount Abu, Rajasthan’s only hill station (approx. 3 hours). On arrival, check in and relax amidst the cool climate and lush greenery. Visit the exquisite Dilwara Jain Temples, renowned for their intricate marble carvings, followed by Nakki Lake, a popular spot for boating and lakeside walks. Don’t miss the romantic sunset point for breathtaking views. Overnight stay in Mount Abu.

Day 6

Departure from Mount Abu / Udaipur: After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to either Udaipur Railway Station/Airport or Abu Road Station for your onward journey. Depart with timeless memories of Rajasthan’s royal forts, serene lakes, and hilltop serenity.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
