Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi

Upon your arrival at Delhi Airport, our tour manager will greet you and lead you on a comprehensive tour of the city. Highlights include visits to Qutub Minar, Old Delhi, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Connaught Place.
You will stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 2 : Delhi – Agra

Today, embark on a journey from the bustling capital of India to the awe-inspiring city of Agra to marvel at the majestic Taj Mahal. Upon arrival, settle into your hotel and take the opportunity to discover the charming surroundings during the evening.

Enjoy your overnight stay in Agra.

Day 3 : Agra – Jaipur

During the morning, you will explore the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Be sure to include visits to the Pearl Mosque and the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah. In the afternoon, check out of your hotel and travel to Jaipur, which will take approximately 5 hours. En route, you will stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a well-planned city envisioned by Emperor Akbar. Some notable sites to visit in Fatehpur Sikri are the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, and Panch Mahal.

Upon arrival in Jaipur, check into your hotel and spend the night there.

Day 4 : Jaipur Day Tour

Embark on a city tour after breakfast, exploring iconic landmarks such as Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Jal Mahal, Nahargarh Fort, Jaigarh Fort, and Amer Fort.

Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5 : Jaipur – Jodhpur

After enjoying breakfast, your next destination will be Jodhpur with a stop at Pushkar along the way. Be sure to explore the iconic Brahma Temple and witness the renowned Camel Fair in Pushkar.

Before reaching Jodhpur, consider visiting the Ajmer Khwaja Dargah for a spiritual experience. Once in Jodhpur, settle into your hotel and enjoy a night in the enchanting Blue City.

Day 6 : Jodhpur – Udaipur

Begin your day with breakfast before embarking on a comprehensive tour of Jodhpur. Explore iconic landmarks such as the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, the peaceful Jaswant Thada, and the fascinating Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum. Following lunch, continue your journey to Udaipur, where you will have the opportunity to visit the exquisite Ranakpur Temple.

Upon arrival, settle into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening in Udaipur.

Day 7 : Udaipur

Begin your day with breakfast before embarking on a comprehensive tour of the City of Lakes. Explore iconic landmarks such as the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace, Bagore Ki Haveli, Shipgram, and Lake Pichola.

Indulge in a regal experience by spending the night at a luxurious hotel in Udaipur.

Day 8 : Depart from Udaipur

Following breakfast, take a trip to the local markets for some shopping. Afterwards, make your way to the railway station or airport for your journey back home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
