Day 1: Arrive in Port Blair

Upon your arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and assist you in reaching your hotel. After completing the check-in process, you can begin your exploration of Port Blair, the bustling capital city of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Your first stop will be Corbyn’s Cove Beach, a pristine and secluded stretch of coastline conveniently located near the city center. Lined with swaying palm trees, this beach offers a variety of water sports activities including parasailing, jet skiing, speed boat rides, and scuba diving. In the evening, you will be escorted to the historic Cellular Jail for a captivating sound and light show. Retire to your hotel for the night after a day filled with unforgettable experiences.

Day 2: Ross Island – North Bay – Viper Island

Start your day by visiting North Bay or Coral Island in the morning, where you can embark on a glass-bottom boat tour to witness the stunning underwater scenery. Next, explore Ross Island to see historical landmarks like the Chief Commissioner’s House and Government House. Then, make your way to Viper Island for a blend of historical sites and water-based activities.

Day 3: Port Blair – Neil Island

Experience a delightful breakfast before heading to Neil Island. Once you arrive, take in the stunning beauty of various beaches including Sitapur Beach, Bharatpur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach No. 1, and Laxmanpur Beach No. 2. Consider taking a glass boat ride to observe the vibrant coral reefs and marine life.

Day 4: Neil Island – Havelock Island

Embark on a journey to Havelock Island today. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness the stunning sunset at Radhanagar Beach in the evening. Retire for the night at your hotel on Havelock Island.

Day 5: Havelock Island – Port Blair

On the fifth day of your itinerary, you have the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely day. Consider engaging in additional water sports and outdoor activities before returning to Port Blair. Relax and unwind at your hotel for the night, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep.

Day 6: Port Blair

Make the most of today by delving into the renowned tourist attractions of Port Blair. Your itinerary will include visits to the Zonal Anthropological Museum and the Samudrika Naval Marine Museum. The latter aims to promote the importance of preserving the marine environment. Wrap up your day with some leisurely shopping in the evening.

Day 7: Depart Port Blair

Start your day by having breakfast and then head to the airport to catch your flight back home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
