Day 1 : Arrive in Koh Samui

Upon your arrival at Koh Samui Island, our tour manager will greet you and assist with your hotel transfer. After checking in, take the opportunity to explore the surroundings of your resort for the remainder of the day. Consider visiting the nearby towns of Mae Nam and Choeng Mon to relax on their pristine beaches or browse through local markets.
In the evening, venture to the neighboring island of Koh Phangan to discover the natural beauty of its coral reefs. Koh Phangan is renowned for its Full Moon Party, an all-night celebration that takes place on full moon nights each month.

Conclude your day by returning to your resort in Koh Samui for a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 2 : Koh Samui Full Day Tour

After enjoying breakfast, your day will be dedicated to exploring the picturesque island of Koh Samui. Known for its stunning beaches, vibrant tropical rainforests, and luxurious spas, Koh Samui offers a unique blend of natural beauty and relaxation. Your itinerary will include visits to the iconic attractions of the island such as Wat Phra Yai, Ladd Koh, and Wat Kunaram. Be sure to make time for the fascinating Hin Ta and Hin Yai, also known as the Grandfather and Grandmother Rocks, as well as the enchanting Tarnim Magic Garden.

Conclude your day by spending the night in Koh Samui, immersing yourself in the tranquility and charm of this tropical paradise.

Day 3 : Koh Samui – Bangkok and Phuket

After having breakfast, you will depart from the hotel to board your flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival, you will check in at the hotel and have the opportunity to explore the city and its various attractions. Bangkok is renowned for its unique Portuguese-style architecture, vibrant markets, street food vendors, and exquisite temples.

Later in the day, you will take a flight to Phuket, with a travel time of approximately 4.5 hours. Phuket is a stunning island known for its breathtaking sunset vistas and magnificent temples. While in Phuket, be sure to visit FantaSea, a Thai cultural theme park offering a variety of dining options, shopping opportunities, and entertainment inspired by Thai mythology.

You will spend the night in Phuket to fully experience all that the island has to offer.

Day 4 : Phuket – Phi Phi Island

After enjoying a delicious Thai breakfast, begin your day by exploring the wonders of Phuket. Your itinerary will include must-visit sites such as the iconic Big Buddha, the charming Old Phuket Town, the pristine Freedom Beach, and the picturesque Monkey Hill Viewpoint.

In the afternoon, embark on a journey to Phi Phi Island where you can marvel at the beauty of Maya Bay, relax on Monkey Beach, explore Bamboo Island, and discover the intriguing Viking Caves.

As the day comes to a close, return to your resort in Phuket to unwind and spend the night in comfort.

Day 5 : Phuket – Bangkok

Recheck from your hotel and board your return flight to Bangkok. Later in the evening, you will depart on your flight back to India.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
