    Day 1: Arrival – Manila

    Upon reaching Manila, our representative will warmly greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Relax and unwind with a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Manila.

    Day 2: Manila

    Start your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on an engaging tour that kicks off at the financial district of Makati, encompassing Fort Bonifacio and the American Cemetery. Next, delve into the bustling city of Manila, the nation’s capital. Make a stop at Rizal Park, a tribute to the esteemed national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, and seize the opportunity for some memorable photos.
    Venture into the historical Walled City of Intramuros, meandering through its charming cobbled streets. Explore the iconic San Agustin Church, the oldest stone church in the country, boasting a remarkable collection of religious artifacts and vestments. Nearby, immerse yourself in Casa Manila, a meticulous reproduction of a 19th-century house adorned with a blend of Oriental and European decor, along with Philippine antique furniture.

    Proceed to Fort Santiago, Manila’s prominent defense against naval threats, standing guard at the entrance to Manila Bay. This historic stone fort carries immense significance due to its association with pivotal moments in Philippine history. Later, head to Quiapo, the vibrant central district of Manila, often hailed as the city’s beating heart. Explore its lively market, the pilgrimage church of the Black Nazarene, bustling jeepney terminals, and bustling bazaars.

    Wrap up your day with a visit to the Chinese Cemetery, where grand mausoleums blend Buddhist and Christian influences. Before returning to your hotel for the night, take some time for shopping and leisure.

    Day 3: Manila to Coron, Palawan

    After completing your breakfast, it is time to say goodbye to the hotel and head towards Manila Airport. Upon reaching Palawan, you will be taken to your designated hotel. Complete the check-in process and then enjoy the remainder of the day at your own pace. Unwind and have a peaceful night at the hotel in Palawan.

    Day 4: Coron Island Exploration

    Begin your day by indulging in a delightful breakfast prior to setting off on a tour of the captivating islands near Coron in Palawan. Immerse yourself in the splendor of Kayangan Lake, a pristine water expanse that offers clear visibility down to its depths. Then, explore the Twin Lagoons, enclosed by majestic rocky cliffs and showcasing mesmerizing blue-green waters reminiscent of a storybook setting. Conclude your day by unwinding at your accommodation in Palawan.

    Day 5: Departure from Coron, Palawan to Manila

    As the morning sun ascends, complete your check-out process at the hotel and make your way to Manila Airport for your return flight home. Carry with you a plethora of cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Documents Required for Travel

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
