Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Perth
Upon arrival at Perth Airport on your first day, a private transfer will be arranged for you. It is important to be aware that this service is only available for flights scheduled to land before 10:00 PM. In the event that your flight arrives after this time, an additional fee may apply. The transfer will transport you to your designated city hotel, where you can proceed with check-in and stay overnight.
Day 2: Explore Perth and Fremantle
Start your day with breakfast before heading out on a half-day tour of Perth and Fremantle. The tour concludes at Barrack Street Jetty, with no hotel drop-off included. Following the tour, consider a leisurely walk to Perth Mint on Hay Street. Join a tour at 3:30 PM without requiring extra transportation. Return to your hotel in Perth for an overnight stay later.
Day 3: Perth – Rottnest Island Adventure
Following breakfast, prepare for a day of discovery on Rottnest Island. Enjoy a captivating tour featuring a 90-minute adventure boat journey and a delectable Thomson Rest Lunch. Kindly be advised that this tour is not appropriate for children under 4 years old. After an exhilarating day on the island, retreat to your Perth hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Perth – Full Day Adventure
Get ready for a day filled with adventure! Today, you will set out on a comprehensive full-day tour that will take you to the impressive Pinnacles, allow you to meet charming koalas at Caversham Wildlife Park, and experience the thrills of sandboarding and a 4-wheel drive expedition. To top it all off, enjoy a delectable serving of fish and chips. After a day packed with excitement, head back to your hotel in Perth for a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 5: Perth – Spend the Night in Margaret River Region
Today marks the end of your stay at the Perth hotel. Before departing, you can store your large or heavy luggage at the hotel’s Bell desk and carry only a small bag with you. Prepare for an exciting journey as you make your way to the Margaret River Region. The day’s itinerary includes exploring a captivating cave, indulging in wine tasting, visiting Busselton Jetty, and marveling at the breathtaking Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. Lunch and dinner are provided to keep you energized throughout the day. After a day filled with adventures, you will unwind and relax at Abbey Beach Resort in Busselton.
Day 6: Margaret River Region – Perth
Today marks the conclusion of your stay in the Margaret River Region. You will embark on a delightful Margaret Region Wine Tasting Tour, accompanied by a scrumptious lunch. In the evening, you will return to Perth, reaching there late at night. Upon your arrival in Perth, you will check in at your hotel and spend the night there.
Day 7: Leaving Perth
As your trip comes to an end, it is time to complete the check-out process at your Perth hotel. A private transfer will then take you to Perth Airport for your onward flight. Kindly note that extra fees may apply for flights departing before 6:00 AM. Wishing you a safe journey ahead!

- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
