Day 1: Arrive in Geneva – Montreux

Upon arrival in Geneva, take a train to Montreux and proceed with the necessary check-in procedures at your accommodation. Upon check-in, you will be provided with a Swiss Pass, allowing you to independently discover the charms of Montreux. Renowned for its stunning Belle Epoque architecture, the iconic Chillon Castle, and various other points of interest, this picturesque city promises a memorable experience.

Day 2: Gruyeres – La Maison du Gruyere – Gruyeres Castle – Maison Cailler

Embark on day two of your journey to discover the charming town of Gruyeres. Begin your exploration at La Maison du Gruyere, a renowned cheese factory that provides guided tours and audio assistance. Don’t miss out on a visit to the impressive Gruyeres Castle, a historic 13th-century fortress boasting breathtaking views of the picturesque countryside. Switzerland is renowned for its exquisite chocolates, luxury watches, and efficient rail network – all of which are included in our comprehensive package.
Next, board the train to Broc, where you will have the opportunity to tour Maison Cailler. This well-known chocolate factory offers visitors an engaging and educational experience, granting insight into the art of chocolate making.

Day 3: Montreux – Geneva – St. Pierre Cathedral – Mini Train Tour

Revisit your hotel in Montreux before embarking on a train journey to Geneva. Upon arrival at your hotel in Geneva, proceed to explore the city through a sightseeing excursion. Begin by visiting the St. Pierre Cathedral, originally a Roman Catholic cathedral that underwent conversion into a Reformed Protestant Church of Geneva during the Reformation. Take pleasure in a mini-train tour that guides visitors through Geneva’s Old Town.

Day 4: Lake Geneva – Museum of Art and History

On the fourth day of your journey, make your way to Lake Geneva, the largest water body in Switzerland. Covering a significant portion of Western Europe, 60% of the lake lies within Switzerland’s borders, with the remaining 40% belonging to France. Next, visit the Museum of Art and History, which houses an impressive collection of over a million exhibition pieces, offering visitors a glimpse into the rich history of Western culture.

Day 5: Depart from Geneva

Recede from your hotel accommodation and proceed to the airport for your return flight journey.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
