Day 1

Arrival in Coimbatore – Transfer to Ooty Arrive at Coimbatore Airport/Railway Station, where our representative will welcome you. Begin your picturesque drive to Ooty (approx. 3.5 hrs), known as the “Queen of Hill Stations.” Check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk around Ooty Lake, try a paddle boat ride, and explore the bustling local market. Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 2

Ooty Sightseeing – Gardens, Peaks & Views After breakfast, head out to explore the best of Ooty. Visit the Botanical Garden, home to exotic plants and ancient trees, then head to Doddabetta Peak for stunning panoramic views. Continue to Rose Garden, Wax Museum, and Tea Factory & Museum. Later, take a short drive to Coonoor to visit Sim’s Park and enjoy the lush landscapes at Lamb’s Rock and Dolphin’s Nose. Return to Ooty for the night.

Day 3

Ooty to Munnar – From Blue Hills to Tea Valleys Today after breakfast, check out and begin your journey to Munnar (approx. 6–7 hrs). The scenic drive takes you through winding roads, dense forests, and tea plantations. On arrival, check in to your hill resort surrounded by Munnar’s green valleys. Spend your evening at leisure, breathing in the fresh mountain air. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 4

Munnar Sightseeing – Tea Estates & Natural Wonders Start the day with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Next, visit the Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, and Echo Point, where your voice echoes across the hills. Later, take a short nature walk through Blossom Park or enjoy a peaceful boat ride. End the day at Top Station for an unforgettable sunset view. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 5

Munnar to Kodaikanal – Hills, Pines & Lakes Post breakfast, drive to the enchanting hill town of Kodaikanal (approx. 5–6 hrs). On arrival, check in to your hotel nestled among pine forests. Take a relaxing evening walk near Kodai Lake and enjoy the cool breeze. Optional cycling or boating activities are available. Overnight stay in Kodaikanal.

Day 6

Kodaikanal Sightseeing – Misty Woods & Hidden Gems After breakfast, explore the popular attractions of Kodaikanal. Visit Coaker’s Walk, Bryant Park, Pillar Rocks, and Suicide Point (Green Valley View). Discover the beauty of Silver Cascade Falls and the tranquil Pine Forest. You can also explore Guna Caves and the Chettiar Park for a nature-filled experience. Enjoy some local shopping in the evening before returning to your hotel.

Day 7

Departure – Kodaikanal to Coimbatore After breakfast, check out and drive back to Coimbatore (approx. 6–7 hrs) for your return journey. We will drop you at the airport or railway station. Take with you a heart full of memories and the soothing peace of South India’s hills.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
