    Itinerary

    Day 1 – Arrive In Athens

    Upon arrival at Athens International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our tour manager. They will assist you with the hotel check-in process and provide a detailed overview of the upcoming itinerary. Take the opportunity to explore nearby attractions or indulge in some shopping for the remainder of the day. Enjoy an overnight stay in Athens.

    Day 2 – Athens City Tour, Acropolis Museum Tour

    Following a delightful breakfast buffet, embark on the Athens City Tour to delve into the rich history of this ancient city, which spans over 3000 years and offers a profound insight into Greek civilization. The tour includes visits to iconic landmarks such as:
    – Panathenaic Stadium: Renowned as the only stadium in the world constructed entirely of marble, it holds historical significance as the venue for the inaugural Modern Olympic Games.

    – Maximos Mansion: Serving as the official residence of the Greek Prime Minister since 1982, this architectural gem is celebrated for its distinctive Greek design and impressive artwork.

    – The Temple of Olympian Zeus: A majestic temple erected in honor of Zeus, the revered father of all Olympian Gods.

    – The Hadrian Arch: Constructed in tribute to the Roman Emperor Hadrian for his dedication to his people.

    Other notable stops on the itinerary include the Parliament building, the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and Constitution Square.

    Conclude your tour with a visit to the Acropolis Museum, where ancient statues from the Acropolis are showcased, offering a glimpse into the original appearance of the Parthenon sculptures.

    Day 3 – Athens – Argolis –Olympia

    Following a continental breakfast buffet, your journey continues to Argolis. Travel along the coastal road, taking in the picturesque views, and make a brief stop at the Corinth Canal, a 6km waterway linking the Aegean and Ionian Seas.

    Next, visit the renowned Theatre of Epidaurus, known for its exceptional acoustics and visual appeal.

    Take a break in Nafplion, a charming town celebrated for its impressive castles. Nearby, you’ll find the archaeological sites of Mycenae and Epidaurus.

    Continue your tour to Olympia, passing through Central Peloponnese and passing through the towns of Tripoli and Megalopolis, the latter known for its ancient remnants.

    Conclude your day in Olympia, where you can explore the surroundings of your accommodations.

    Day 4 – Olympia – Delphi

    Depart from your hotel in Olympia to visit the stunning monuments in the city, such as the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the Archaeological Museum.

    Next, head to Delphi, a charming town located 3-4 hours away from Olympia. Enjoy a scenic drive through the plains of Achaea, crossing the Rion-Antirion Bridge and passing by the picturesque villages of Nafpaktos and Itea. Relax and unwind for the night in Delphi, taking the opportunity to explore the area surrounding your accommodation.

    Day 5 – Delphi – Kalabaka

    Following breakfast, proceed to Kalambaka. Take time to visit various archaeological sites en route, including the Delphi Archaeological Museum and the historic stadium in Delphi. Prior to your hotel check-in in Kalabaka, be sure to admire the stunning Meteora rock formations and the ancient monasteries precariously perched on the towering cliffs.

    Enjoy your overnight stay in Kalabaka.

    Day 6 – Kalabaka – Athens

    Upon departing from your hotel in Kalabaka, you will journey to Meteora to marvel at its breathtaking scenery. The name Meteora translates to suspended in air in Greek and is renowned for being the location of numerous Eastern Orthodox monasteries.

    On your return to Athens, you will make a stop at the Statue of Leonidas, a towering 35-meter statue honoring a legendary Spartan warrior. Your evening will be spent in Athens, where you can take the opportunity to discover the various markets that come alive at night.

    Day 7 – Depart Athens

    Revisit this stunning and historic land that is known as the cradle of democracy. Make your way to Athens International Airport to board your flight back home or continue your exploration of Europe.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
