Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Athens
Greetings from Athens! Upon your arrival at the Athens International Airport, our team will be there to assist you with transferring to your hotel. Once you’ve completed the check-in process, take some time to explore the surrounding area in the evening.
Enjoy a luxurious overnight stay at a hotel in Athens.
Day 2: Athens City Tour
Following breakfast, embark on a comprehensive full-day city tour of Athens. As one of Europe’s oldest capital cities, with a history spanning over 3500 years, Athens offers a wealth of historical and cultural treasures to explore.
Highlights of today’s itinerary include iconic sites such as the Acropolis, the Parthenon, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Hephaestus, Erechtheion, and the Roman Forum of Athens. In addition to these ancient landmarks, you will also have the opportunity to admire modern architectural marvels like the Panathenaic Stadium, the National Archaeological Museum, the Parliament, the Maximos Mansion, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the residence of the Prime Minister.
To cap off the day, a visit to the Acropolis Museum is a must. Here, you can immerse yourself in its renowned exhibits, including the Peplos Kore, Karyatid, and the captivating Parthenon west frieze.
Day 3: Athens – Argolis – Olympia
Following breakfast, depart from the hotel and head towards Argolis. Along the way, you will pass through the Corinth Canal and have the opportunity to visit notable sites including the Theatre of Epidaurus, the charming towns of Nauplion and Mycenae, and the historic Tomb of Agamemnon.
From Argolis, continue your journey through the towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis until you arrive at Olympia. Upon reaching Olympia, settle into a luxurious hotel and take the evening to explore the surrounding area.
Day 4: Olympia to Delphi
Depart from the hotel and proceed to Delphi. En route, explore the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the Archaeological Museum. Traverse the plains of Eliad and Achaia, crossing the Rio-Antirrio Bridge overlooking the Corinthian Bay. Journey through the charming towns of Nafpaktos and Itea before reaching Delphi.
Enjoy an overnight stay at a luxurious hotel in Delphi.
Day 5: Delphi to Athens
Revel in a day of exploration after checking out from your hotel. Discover the ancient ruins of the Temple of Apollo, the Castalian Spring, the Temple of Athena, and the Oracle of Delphi. Delve into the treasures of the Archaeological Museum of Delphi, home to renowned works such as Iniochos and the Charioteer of Delphi. Afterwards, journey to Athens and settle into your hotel for the night.
Day 6: Depart Athens
Reaching the Athens International Airport marks the end of your stay in the country. Check out of your hotel and prepare to board your flight back home or to your next destination as part of your Greece tour package.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
