Day 1: Amman
Upon arrival, please meet our representatives who will be available to help you navigate through all necessary procedures. Then, proceed to your chosen hotel for check-in. After a short break, begin a journey along the historic King’s Highway, an ancient trade route. This route will take you to the esteemed viewpoint of Mount Nebo, offering a stunning panoramic vista of the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Wrap up the day by returning to your accommodation in Amman for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Amman – Nazareth
Begin your day with a fulfilling breakfast at your hotel before embarking on your itinerary, which includes a visit to the Sheik Hussain Bridge for a safe border crossing. Be sure to complete customs and emigration procedures to enter Israel. Following these formalities, indulge in a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant. Next, travel to Nazareth, where Archangel Gabriel appeared to Mary, predicting the birth of her son. If time permits, take a tour of Joseph’s workshop before heading back to your hotel in Nazareth. Wrap up your day with a delightful dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Sea of Galilee – Capernaum – Jordan River – Nazareth – Bethlehem
Start your day with a morning meal before meeting up with your tour guide for a day of exploration. Your itinerary includes stops at Mount Tabor, Capernaum, the Church of the Beatitudes, and Tabgha. An exciting highlight of the day is a journey on a genuine Galilean fishing boat. Afterwards, visit St. Peter’s Church, Mensa Christi, and the Church of the Primacy of Peter. Day 4: Haifa – Mt. Carmel – Joppa (Tel Aviv) – Jericho – Bethlehem
Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast before setting off on a trip to the coastal city of Caesarea on your way to Haifa, a city known for its location on the slopes of Mount Carmel. Next, visit the captivating Persian Hanging Gardens and Muhraqa before enjoying a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. Your schedule also includes stops at St. Peter’s Church, the Mediterranean Sea, the famous Sycamore Tree, and the revered Mount of Temptation.
Day 5: Old City of Jerusalem – Golgotha – Wailing Wall – Ein Karem – Bethlehem
As the sun rises, begin your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on your exploration starting at the Pools of Beit Hasda. Take a reflective walk along the Via Dolorosa, where you will pass by the 14 Stations of the Cross, ultimately reaching Golgotha. Your journey will take you to significant sites such as Pilate’s Judgment Hall, the Chapel of the Flagellation, the Ecce Homo Arch, The Tomb, and the Convent of the Sisters of Zion. Day 6: Mount of Olives – Gethsemane – Bethlehem

Day 7: Taba (Israel) – Sinai (Egypt)
Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before heading out to Taba. Spend some time discovering the nearby attractions and enjoy a leisurely lunch at noon. Afterwards, complete all necessary formalities and enter the enchanting land of Egypt. Once there, admire the stunning Sinai Mountains in the Sinai region. Upon returning to the hotel, savor a delicious dinner before calling it a night.
Day 8: Sinai – St. Catherine Monastery – Cairo
After enjoying breakfast, embark on an educational tour of the historic St. Catherine Monastery, well-known for its collection of ancient manuscripts dating back fifteen centuries. Following the visit, indulge in a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant. Proceed to Cairo for a captivating cruise along the legendary River Nile. A delightful dinner will be served onboard, followed by transportation to your lodging for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 9: Sinai – St. Catherine Monastery – Cairo
Begin your day with a nutritious breakfast and complete the required check-out process at the hotel. Get your belongings ready for departure and embark on a journey to visit the historic Pyramids, ancient churches, and the prestigious Egyptian Museum. Wrap up your exploration by heading to the airport for your departure.

- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
