Day 1: Auckland – Welcome to ‘The City of Sails’
Upon arriving in Auckland, also known as ‘The City of Sails,’ you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly local representative. Seat-in-coach guests will receive a private transfer to their hotel, while self-drive guests can easily pick up their rental car at the airport and drive to their selected hotel. Prepare to relax and unwind at your Auckland accommodation for the evening.
Day 2: Auckland City Exploration
Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on a morning city sightseeing tour, available for both seat-in-coach and self-drive guests. Explore two remarkable attractions: Kelly Tarlton’s Sealife Aquarium and the Antarctic Encounter. The remainder of the day is yours to discover and indulge in at your leisure. Retire for the night in comfort at your Auckland hotel.
Day 3: Auckland to Rotorua via Waitomo and Matamata
Indulge in a satisfying breakfast to kickstart your day full of excitement. Begin your morning by heading south through the scenic Waikato region towards Waitomo. Prepare to explore the enchanting glowworm caves on a guided tour. The journey then takes you to Rotorua, with a stop at the iconic Hobbiton Movie Set for a guided tour of this famous location. Unwind and relax at your Rotorua hotel as you conclude your day’s adventures.
Day 4: Rotorua’s Natural Wonders and Maori Culture
Embark on a day of discovery after breakfast. Start your journey at Te Puia Thermal Reserve, where you can marvel at bubbling mud pools and powerful geysers. Next, make your way to the Agrodome for an engaging farm show, followed by a visit to Rainbow Springs to experience New Zealand’s trout, birds, and wildlife. The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax and explore at your own pace. In the evening, savor the authentic flavors of a Maori Hangi feast and relish a memorable concert. Dinner is provided, and you will spend the night at your hotel in Rotorua.
Day 5: Rotorua to Christchurch (Your Arrangements)
Following a fulfilling breakfast, head to Rotorua airport for your domestic flight to Christchurch (airfare not provided). Upon reaching your destination, settle in at your Christchurch hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind and discover the city. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep at your accommodation in Christchurch.
Day 6: Journey to Queenstown via Mt Cook
Experience a delightful breakfast as you kickstart your day. Embark on a morning journey through the lush Canterbury Plains to Lake Tekapo, where you will discover the famous ‘Church of the Good Shepherd.’ Your adventure continues towards New Zealand’s tallest peak, Mt Cook. Departing from Mt Cook, travel alongside the picturesque shores of Lake Pukaki southwards, passing through the rich historical Central Otago region, until you finally arrive at the charming ‘Alpine Resort’ of Queenstown. Unwind and relax at your accommodation in Queenstown for the night.
Day 7: Queenstown to Milford Sound and Back
Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a journey to the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu, continuing on to Lumsden and then Lake Te Anau. Traverse the stunning Eglinton Valley and pass through the impressive Homer Tunnel to arrive at the renowned Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise along this majestic fjord, marveling at the iconic Mitre Peak and the breathtaking Bowen Falls. Conclude this amazing experience by returning to Queenstown and relaxing in the comfort of your hotel for the night.
Day 8: Free Day in Queenstown
Revitalize yourself with a delicious breakfast and make the most of a leisurely day in Queenstown. This bustling town presents a plethora of optional activities, including exhilarating bungy jumping, jet boating, white-water rafting, and scenic gondola rides. Kindly be aware that these activities are not covered in the tour package. Your stay at the Queenstown hotel will be extended for another night.
Day 9: Queenstown to the Glacier Region
Experience a delightful breakfast before embarking on your adventure to the glacier region. Your route will lead you through Lake Wanaka and the renowned Haast Pass, a historic gateway to the Westland National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Along the West Coast, you will be mesmerized by majestic mountain ranges, pristine native forests, and tranquil lakes as you make your way to the Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers. Rest and relax in the comfort of your hotel accommodation in the glacier region for the night.
Day 10: Glacier Region to Christchurch
Experience a nourishing breakfast to kickstart your day. Begin your journey by heading north to Greymouth and partake in a picturesque ride aboard the Tranz Alpine train (for seat-in-coach guests). This unforgettable expedition will lead you through verdant beech forests, alongside the charming alpine community of Arthur’s Pass, and across the stunning Southern Alps. Your scenic train voyage culminates as you traverse the expansive Canterbury Plains, ultimately reaching Christchurch. Unwind at your accommodation in Christchurch for the evening.
Tour Information
- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
