Upon arrival in Auckland, also known as ‘The City of Sails,’ our hospitable local representative will welcome guests who have opted for the seat-in-coach service. They will be promptly escorted to their hotel via a private transfer. Alternatively, guests who prefer more independence can easily pick up their rental car at the airport and make their own way to the hotel. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Auckland.

Day 2: Exploring Auckland City

Day 9: Christchurch – Mount Cook – Queenstown

Indulge in a satisfying breakfast to energize your day. Witness the beauty of the morning sun as you begin a picturesque trip through the verdant Canterbury Plains. Your first destination is Lake Tekapo, where you can admire the famous ‘Church of the Good Shepherd.’ Next, venture to the majestic peak of Mount Cook in New Zealand. After taking in the breathtaking views, say goodbye to this impressive mountain and follow the peaceful shores of Lake Pukaki to the historic Central Otago area. Conclude your day’s travels in Queenstown, the delightful ‘Alpine Resort.’ Relax and unwind for the evening in the comfort of your hotel.

Day 10: Queenstown – Milford Sound – Queenstown

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on a scenic journey along the southern perimeter of Lake Wakatipu. Your route will take you through Lumsden and onwards to the tranquil Lake Te Anau. From there, delve into the stunning Eglinton Valley and pass through the mesmerizing Homer Tunnel, eventually arriving at the breathtaking Milford Sound.

Indulge in a cruise along this world-famous fjord, where the majestic Mitre Peak and charming Bowen Falls will leave you in awe. Following this unforgettable adventure, make your way back to Queenstown for a relaxing overnight stay at your hotel.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
