Day 1: Arrival in Nadi – Savusavu – Namale Resort

Welcome to Nadi International Airport, the gateway to paradise! Once you have smoothly completed the Immigration and Customs process in Fiji, proceed through the Customs Hall. Our office is conveniently situated as the fourth on the right, immediately following Customs in the Arrivals Concourse.
At our Information Desk, you will be greeted by our friendly local representative who speaks English. They will warmly welcome you with a cheerful Bula, and offer you a shell lei, a refreshing mint towel, and a bottle of water. Afterward, they will escort you to the domestic departures area.

You will soon board a Fiji Link domestic flight from Nadi Airport to Savusavu, where the H class fare is quoted, including a luggage allowance of 15 kilograms. In the event that only Y class fare is available, rest assured that the cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Upon arriving in Savusavu, a Namale representative will meet you and accompany you to the resort in one of their comfortable vehicles. Get ready to relax and enjoy your first night at the enchanting Namale Resort.

Day 5: Namale Resort to Sheraton Fiji Resort & Spa

Namale Resort offers a seamless transition from your idyllic retreat to the next leg of your journey. We will coordinate your transfer from the resort to Savusavu Airport for a Fiji Link domestic flight to Nadi Airport. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring an exceptional experience for you. If the Y class fare is the only available option, rest assured that we will make the necessary adjustments.

Upon your arrival at Nadi Airport, our welcoming local representative will greet you warmly. You will then be escorted in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach to your new home away from home, the exquisite Sheraton Fiji Resort & Spa.

Day 6: Leaving Denarau Island

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
