Day 1

Delhi to Nainital – Welcome to the Lake District Start your journey with a scenic drive from Delhi to Nainital (approx. 7-8 hours). On arrival, check into your lakeside hotel or resort and unwind. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Naini Lake, followed by a visit to Naina Devi Temple. Stroll along the lively Mall Road for shopping and street food. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 2

Nainital Sightseeing – Lakes, Views & Leisure After breakfast, head out for a full-day tour of Nainital. Visit popular spots like Snow View Point, Tiffin Top, and The Zoo. Explore nearby lakes such as Bhimtal, Sattal, and Naukuchiatal—perfect for boating and nature walks. You can also enjoy an optional cable car ride with panoramic views. Return to your hotel for a cozy evening and overnight stay.

Day 3

Nainital to Kausani – Into the Land of 360° Himalayan Views Post breakfast, depart for Kausani (approx. 5–6 hrs), known for its wide-angle views of the snow-clad Himalayas. On arrival, check in to your eco-friendly hill resort. Spend the evening soaking in the beauty from the viewpoint or visit the Anasakti Ashram (Gandhi Ashram). Don’t miss the magical sunset over the Himalayas. Overnight stay in Kausani.

Day 4

Kausani Sightseeing – Nature, Tea & Tranquility Start your morning with a stunning sunrise. After breakfast, explore Kausani Tea Estate, where you can walk among lush plantations and taste fresh brews. Visit Rudradhari Waterfall and Baijnath Temple—an ancient marvel by the Gomti River. Spend the evening at leisure, surrounded by pine forests and fresh air. Overnight stay in Kausani.

Day 5

Kausani to Ranikhet – A Colonial-Era Hill Charm After breakfast, head to Ranikhet (approx. 2–3 hrs), a peaceful and less-commercialized hill station. On arrival, visit Jhula Devi Temple, Haidakhan Temple, and Ranikhet Golf Course, one of the highest in Asia. Enjoy walks through apple orchards and pine forests, and relax at Chaubatia Gardens with views of Nanda Devi. Overnight stay in Ranikhet.

Day 6

Ranikhet to Delhi – Return to the Capital Post breakfast, begin your return journey to Delhi (approx. 8–9 hrs). Enjoy the scenic drive and reflect on the beautiful memories of the hills. Check into your Delhi hotel upon arrival and rest for the night. (Optional: Evening visit to India Gate or local markets if time permits.)

Day 7

Departure from Delhi – Journey Ends with Memories After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your travel schedule, you will be dropped at Delhi Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with a heart full of nature’s tranquility and unforgettable hill moments.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
