Day 1

Arrival in Nainital – Lakeside Leisure Arrive in Nainital, the jewel of Kumaon, and check in to your hotel. After some rest, take a peaceful walk along the Naini Lake, followed by a visit to Naina Devi Temple and Mall Road for local shopping. Enjoy a relaxing evening by the lake or indulge in a paddle boat ride. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 2

Nainital Sightseeing – Lakes & Viewpoints After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour. Visit Snow View Point, Tiffin Top, and Lover’s Point for spectacular mountain views. Continue to the beautiful nearby lakes — Sattal, Bhimtal, and Naukuchiatal, each known for its scenic beauty and peaceful ambiance. Return by evening for an overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 3

Nainital to Joshimath (Auli Base) – Scenic Drive Check out after breakfast and drive to Joshimath, the gateway to Auli (approx. 9–10 hours). The journey is long but incredibly scenic, passing through Ranikhet, Karnaprayag, and Chamoli. Arrive by evening and check into your hotel in Joshimath. Rest and prepare for the snow adventure ahead. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

Day 4

Auli Excursion – Cable Car Ride and Snow Activities After breakfast, take the Auli Ropeway — one of Asia’s longest — offering a bird’s-eye view of snow-covered forests and Himalayan peaks. Enjoy activities like skiing, snowboarding, or just playing in the snow depending on the season. Visit Auli Artificial Lake, one of the highest man-made lakes in India. Return to Joshimath for the night.

Day 5

Auli – Free Day for Relaxation or Trekking Enjoy a relaxed day in the Auli/Joshimath region. If you’re up for an adventure, opt for a guided Gorson Bugyal Trek, offering mesmerizing views of Nanda Devi and surrounding peaks. You can also simply relax at your hotel or explore local temples like Narsingh Temple in Joshimath. Overnight stay.

Day 6

Joshimath to Ranikhet – Charming Hill Retreat After breakfast, begin your journey toward Ranikhet (approx. 7–8 hours). On arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by pine forests and Himalayan silence. Stroll through Chaubatia Gardens or enjoy panoramic views from Jhula Devi Temple. Overnight stay in Ranikhet.

Day 7

Departure from Ranikhet to Kathgodam After breakfast, check out and proceed to Kathgodam Railway Station or your preferred departure point. Depart with a heart full of Himalayan peace, snowy memories, and serene lakeside moments.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
