Itinerary
Day 1: Chennai to Delhi
Depart for Delhi aboard your train from Chennai Egmore Railway Station. A dedicated tour manager will be with you throughout the journey to guarantee a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Day 2: Delhi to Nainital
Today, you will proceed with your travels to Delhi. Take the day to unwind and enjoy quality time with friends.
Day 3: Arriving In Delhi – Nainital
Upon your arrival at Delhi railway station, our designated tour manager will assist you in boarding the train bound for Nainital. This scenic journey lasts approximately 8 hours, offering breathtaking vistas of the majestic Himalayan mountains.
Upon arrival in Nainital, you will check-in and enjoy a relaxing stay at a cozy hotel.
Day 4: Full-Day Tour Nainital
Nainital derives its name from the Naina Devi Temple, situated at the northern tip of Nainital Lake. Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a journey through the lush pine and deciduous forests.
Today’s itinerary includes visits to Nainital Lake, Naina Devi Temple, Tiffin Top, and the G B Pant High Altitude Zoo. You will also explore Naina Peak and experience a panoramic view of Nainital from the aerial ropeway.

Day 5: Nainital – Corbett
Begin your day with a wholesome breakfast before checking out of the hotel to embark on a journey to the renowned Jim Corbett National Park. This park is well-known for its tiger population and thrilling jeep safaris. Gather your companions for a 2-hour safari adventure before exploring other attractions. Among these is the Garjiya Devi Temple located on the periphery of the Corbett National Park. Be sure not to overlook the captivating Corbett Waterfalls.
After a day of exploration, settle in for the night at a hotel within the Jim Corbett National Park.
Day 6: Corbett – Mussoorie – Delhi
Depart from the hotel in Corbett and embark on a scenic 4.5-hour drive to Mussoorie, where you will be treated to breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains. Upon arrival, indulge in sightseeing and savor a delicious lunch. Explore key attractions such as Mussoorie Lake, Jwalaji Temple, Lal Tibba, and the Nag Devta Temple.
The evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Take a stroll along Mall Road or browse through the stalls at the Tibetan Market for shopping opportunities.

Day 7: Mussoorie – Delhi
Begin your day in Mussoorie by indulging in a nutritious breakfast before departing from your hotel and boarding your return train to Delhi. Upon arrival in the bustling capital, settle into your hotel and enjoy an evening of shopping at Karol Baugh.
Retire for the night at a cozy accommodation in Delhi.
Day 8: Delhi Full Day Tour
Following a delicious breakfast, prepare for a comprehensive day tour of New Delhi, India’s capital. Your itinerary will include visits to renowned landmarks such as the Birla Temple, Qutub Minar, India Gate, President’s House, Lotus Temple, Parliament House, Red Fort, and Jantar Mantar.
Conclude the day by exploring the shopping delights of Sarojini Market before heading back to your hotel.
Day 9: Delhi – Chennai
Revisit the hotel check-out process before departing for your return journey to Chennai via train.
Day 10: Chennai
Revel in fond memories of Delhi, Mussoorie, and Nainital as you arrive in Chennai the next day.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
