Day 1: Welcome to Mauritius
As your plane touches down at the Mauritius airport, your journey commences. Welcoming representatives will be waiting to assist you upon arrival. They will handle your transportation from the airport to the hotel, guaranteeing a seamless and pleasant beginning to your trip.
Upon arrival at the hotel, complete the check-in process and treat yourself to a sumptuous dinner to recharge after your journey. Following your meal, take the opportunity to relax and anticipate a peaceful night’s rest in your comfortable accommodation.
Day 2: Exploring the Beauty of North Mauritius
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an exciting full-day adventure to discover the marvels of North Mauritius. Our first destination is the captivating Pamplemousses Gardens, renowned for its impressive giant water lilies. Prepare to be mesmerized by the beauty of these extraordinary plants and the tranquil atmosphere of the gardens.
Following this, we will make our way to the capital city of Mauritius, Port Louis, where you can delve into the island’s vibrant culture and rich history. After a day filled with exploration, we will return to the hotel for a delightful dinner. You can then relax and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: A Relaxing Day at Your Leisure
Start your day off right with a delicious and fulfilling breakfast. Take this time to relax and connect with your loved ones. For added excitement, consider upgrading your experience with an optional tour package for the Blue Safari Submarine. The decision is yours to make.
In the evening, return to the hotel for a delightful dinner before enjoying a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 4: Exploring the Beauty of South Island
Indulge in a hearty breakfast to kick off an exhilarating full-day expedition across the enchanting South Island of Mauritius. Our first destination is Trou aux Cerfs, the caldera of a dormant volcano. Following that, we will venture to Grand Bassin, a tranquil natural lake nestled at the foot of a volcanic crater. This site holds great spiritual significance for Hindus and is a popular pilgrimage spot, offering a serene and picturesque ambiance that is bound to leave a lasting impression.
Our journey then leads us to Chamarel, renowned for its Colored Earth phenomenon, characterized by a vibrant and unique landscape, complemented by a breathtaking waterfall that enhances its allure.
Throughout the day, a stopover in Curepipe awaits, providing an opportunity to acquire souvenirs to commemorate your time in Mauritius. Finally, we will return to the hotel for a delectable dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Day 5: A Day to Relax and Unwind
Following a scrumptious morning meal, your tour guide will grant you the flexibility to enjoy the entire day at your own pace. You can relax at your hotel or opt for an adventurous Undersea Walk tour. Conclude the day with a delicious dinner back at the hotel before settling in for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 6: A Speedy Escape to Ile Aux Cerfs Island
Revel in your breakfast today as you get ready for an exciting full-day trip to the Ile Aux Cerfs Island Resort. This popular destination is famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches and a variety of exciting water sports. Take in the beauty of the island all day before heading back to your hotel in the evening. Indulge in a tasty dinner and relax for the night in the comfort of your accommodation.
Day 7: Farewell to Mauritius
Start your day with a satisfying breakfast in the morning. Following that, you have the option to do some final shopping, discover local attractions, or relax at your hotel. Our tour representatives will be available to assist with transferring you to the airport for your departure when the time arrives.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
