Upon arrival at Toronto Airport, you will be promptly transported to Niagara Falls, where you will proceed to check in at your hotel. As night falls, you will have the opportunity to witness the breathtaking spectacle of the falls illuminated by a captivating display of multicolored lights. Relax and enjoy your overnight accommodation at the hotel in Niagara Falls.

Day 2: Exploring Niagara Falls and Return to Toronto

After enjoying breakfast, start your day with a self-guided exploration of the magnificent Niagara Falls. Your tour package features the Niagara Adventure Pass, providing entry to the Hornblower Cruise – Voyage to the Falls, Journey behind the Falls, Niagara’s Fury, and White-Water Walk. Following your adventure at the falls, return to Toronto. Upon reaching the city, settle into your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to discover Toronto’s rich cultural, entertainment, and financial offerings at your own pace. Spend the night at your Toronto hotel.

Day 3: Toronto – Hop on/Hop off Toronto City Tour

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, embark on a Hop on/Hop off Toronto city tour to explore the hidden gems behind the iconic skyline of Toronto. Immerse yourself in the lively ambiance of this cosmopolitan city as you visit notable attractions including the Eaton Center, City Hall, Casa Loma, Yorkville, and the University of Toronto. Along the way, you will catch glimpses of landmarks such as the Rogers Centre and the CN Tower while meandering through the scenic Harbourfront. Conclude your day by relaxing at your Toronto hotel for the night.

Day 4: Toronto – Ottawa Via Rail

After breakfast today, you will depart from your hotel and travel independently to Union Station to board the Via Rail train bound for Ottawa. During your journey, you will pass through picturesque lakeside communities along Lake Ontario, the historic town of Kingston, and the beautiful Thousand Islands area. Upon reaching Ottawa, you will make your own way to the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore the alluring attractions of Canada’s capital city at your own pace. You will spend the night at your hotel in Ottawa.

Day 5: Ottawa – City Tour and Travel to Montreal via Via Rail

Begin your day with a delectable breakfast before starting an exciting sightseeing adventure in Ottawa. During the tour, you will have the chance to see famous landmarks such as the Parliament buildings, museums, the Canadian Mint, the National Gallery of Canada, the Museum of Civilization, the Prime Minister’s residence, and the National Arts Centre. In the afternoon, check out of your hotel and make your way to the train station to catch your Via Rail train to Montreal. Upon reaching Montreal, proceed to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and explore at your own pace. Your accommodation for the night will be at your Montreal hotel.

Day 6: Montreal – City Tour

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a fascinating sightseeing excursion in Montreal. The tour features memorable attractions including a photo opportunity at the magnificent Notre Dame Basilica (please be aware that admission fees are not covered), a tour of the residential and financial districts, an exploration of the historic ambiance of Old Montreal, a glimpse of the Olympic Complex from the outside, and a spectacular panoramic view from the observation point on Mont Royal. Your accommodation for the night will be at a hotel in Montreal.

Day 7: Montreal

After enjoying breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Quebec City. Immerse yourself in the rich historical heritage and lively joie de vivre ambiance of the provincial capital. Explore key landmarks such as the Upper and Lower Towns, Parliament Buildings, Plains of Abraham, Citadel, Chateau Frontenac, Place d’Armes, Quebec National Assembly, and Notre Dame Basilica. Additionally, marvel at the majestic Montmorency Falls, towering 30 meters higher than Niagara Falls, and take a scenic cruise. Return to your hotel in Montreal for a restful night.

Day 8: Depart from Montreal

After enjoying breakfast, you have the morning free to relax at your leisure. In the afternoon, you will check out from your hotel and make your way to either Montreal Airport or the VIA Rail Station for your return journey home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
