Day 1 : Arrive in Goa – South Goa

Upon reaching Goa Airport, you will be welcomed by our tour representatives who will assist you in reaching your resort. After completing the check-in process, you are free to relax and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 2 : South Goa

Begin your day in South Goa by indulging in a scrumptious breakfast before embarking on a journey to explore the captivating attractions the region has to offer. Kickstart your itinerary with a visit to the Mangueshi Temple, a sacred site dedicated to Lord Manguesh, an embodiment of Lord Shiva. Next, make your way to the Big Foot Museum, a unique blend of museum and theme park nestled in the charming village of Loutolim.
Stroll along the picturesque Dona Paula Beach, where a plethora of water sports activities await, including water skiing, kayaking, parasailing, and windsurfing. Immerse yourself in tranquility at the Shri Shantadurga Temple, a place of worship dedicated to Goddess Shantadurga, revered as the Goddess of Peace.

Experience serenity at the enchanting Mayem Lake, where you can partake in paddle boating and birdwatching amidst a scenic backdrop. Explore the Panaji Handicrafts Emporium and pay homage at the Shri Saptakoteshwar Temple before concluding your day’s adventures and retreating to your hotel for a restful night.

Day 3 : North Goa

Today, you will be transitioning from South Goa to North Goa. Upon arrival at your hotel, take some time to freshen up before embarking on a journey to discover the various sightseeing attractions in North Goa. This itinerary includes visits to the charming towns of Vagator, Anjuna, and Calangute, as well as a tour of the historic Fort Aguada, a well-preserved Portuguese fort dating back to the 17th century. Return to your hotel for the evening.

Day 4 : Goa – Mangalore

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel and take some time to unwind. In the afternoon, make your way to the railway station to catch a train to Mangalore.

Day 5 : Depart Mangalore

Upon your arrival in Mangalore, ensure to complete the check-in at your hotel and take some time to unwind before embarking on your exploration of the city. Begin your day with a visit to the Gokarnanatheshwara Temple, also known as Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra, which is dedicated to Gokarnanatha, an aspect of Lord Shiva. Pay your respects at the Mangaladevi Temple before proceeding to Kadri Hill Park, the largest park in Mangalore.

Following lunch, make your way to Malpe Beach and Pilikula Biological Park. In the evening, catch a train back to your place of origin.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
